BRAOU Faculty

The faculty at the college is highly experienced with 15-20 years of teaching experience. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:40 per subject. Around 50-100 experienced lecturers across various departments provide comprehensive education. Most lecturers hold Ph.D. degrees and have significant experience in their fields. They offer support not only in academic subjects but also in career guidance, with mentorship programs and doubt-clearing sessions. Faculty also play a role in setting government exam papers and managing weekly and monthly tests with a strict pattern.

Interaction with faculty is generally friendly and supportive, although some lecturers may exhibit strict or aggressive behavior. There are two semesters annually, with internal exams conducted to aid student preparation. The faculty demonstrates topics effectively, though some inconsistencies in teaching quality across subjects were noted. The psychology and math faculty received specific praise for their engaging and clear teaching methods.
