Ans. Unlike a traditional BA where subjects are fixed, the BA Liberal Arts at DGU is built on a true Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS). Students can choose Dual Majors, One Major and Two Minors, or Two Majors and One Minor from 14 disciplines, allowing them to design a fully customised degree aligned with their career goals.
Ques. Can I prepare for UPSC while pursuing BA Liberal Arts at DGU?
Ans. Yes. DGU has specifically integrated UPSC preparation into the BA Liberal Arts programme. Students can choose UPSC-relevant subjects like Political Science, History, Sociology, Public Administration, Geography, Anthropology, and Economics as Majors or Minors. The university also partners with coaching institutes like Vajirao and Ravi and contributes 20% towards the coaching fee.
