Faculty's teaching style is excellent. their communication is good and in friendly manner.
Scholarship is available for everyone who has below 2lpa family income ,genral students get 50000 and sc st get 100000 the fees yearly is about 120000 and teachers are good and the collge tries its its best to get opportunities
The college campus is quite good and have well organised by flower to enhance its beauty which makes our free time very good.

Dislikes

The year 2022 was gudd as the average was about 7-6 lpa but now as seesin the recession hit and all there have been placement but its scenario it bad as masss recureters have gone into hiring freez and all
The college lies in the village area ,no park ,no market
I pay 95000 for non ac room and the worst thing is in the 3rd year you have to share with 2 roomates which is really disturbing.

THE INSIDE Secrets OF KIET

Likes

Experienced is good faculty is good overall college is nice.
Boys and girls ratio is about 30 to 70 %.
College is supportive about hackathon and extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

College hours is very hactic 9 to 5 classes happens 6 days a week.
Seniors are not that much supportive and seniors interaction is very less.
College is autonomous which is very bad thing

About my branch electronics and communication engineering the curriculum has data structures and algorithms and python c programming and some core subjects also have in the 1st year curriculum such as digital electronics.

Likes

This collage is top collage in aktu councelling and provide good curriculum
As it became autonomous it provide good subjects like dsa in 2nd sem only which is really beneficial
As 2 days are of ie. Sunday Saturday so it is very good we can utilise it for studies

Dislikes

Campus of this collage is very small we cannot enjoy multiple hanging out spots.
In library they don't allow day scholars students after 5bpm
Hostel of this collage is very limited ,so students often go for pg's

Likes

Girl and boys ratio is good as compared to other aktu colleges
College provides flexibility like in a week only 5 days are working remaining 2 days are off
Campus is good as compared to other aktu colleges

Dislikes

Teachers are not so well qualified thatswhy their teaching is not so good
Classes are from 9 to 5 mostly which becomes hectic for a student
College do not allow day scholars to avail benefits of library after 5 pm

Since kiet now becomes an autonomous so they have introduced programming courses like c programming then python and dsa too So in terms of relevency kiet doing good but it generates huge pressure in student to study so much things

Review of KIET

Likes

Coding culture is very good and there are lots of technical clubs.
Supportive seniors who will guide you from academics to life lessons
Faculty is also very supportive who genuinely helps in each problem

Dislikes

Campus area is small. So there is no place to roam in college
Location of college is not good since it is in outskirts of Ghaziabad
75% Attendance is mandatory otherwise you got detained

Placement Experience:

- Companies start coming in college from end of 6th sem to whole 4th year. - Some companies visited in kiet 2024 are TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Capgemini. - Almost 60-70% students of my senior batch(20225 batch) got placed with a decent package - Highest placement is 60 LPA in soon network and average package is 5.11 LPA - I will do job for some years and then I can change plans accordingly

Clubs and societies are active and provide opportunities
Being tier 3 college it provides quite good placements
Provides opportunities for several internships and hackathons

Dislikes

Campus size is small as compared to the students intake
Faculties have become strict after being autonomous
Attendance policy is subject wise so not good

Placement Experience:

Being a tier 3 college it provides quite good placements. Average goes upto 5 lakh and highest goes upto 48 lakhs Since clubs are very active so students make up their skills on their own and do too good in off campus

The marking system introduced new is good
They generally do not fail student in subjects on final exam
Some subjects are added this year are good for student improvement

Dislikes

So much crowd in the college as it is a private college
After the college has become autonomous..They taje regularly exams
Most Faculties are good but few are so rude with students

As i have heard that Placement is Nearly 70-80% in our Branch..And the median package of our branch is 4.5 LPA..The average package is 6 LPA according to the college..In reality 4-5 can be considered as real

Offers opportunities for different hackathons and meeting up with different successful people also the alumnis
Clubs and societies are active always. The seniors in their are truly a great helping hand and teach us a lot.
Provides knowledge and keeps speaker sessions for better understanding

Dislikes

Campus is small as compared to the number of students intaken.
Faculties are not very good at teaching or even if they are they always want their subject to be given priority
Attendance is the biggest issue this college have after being autonomous.

Placement Experience:

Being a tier 3 college placement are quite good comparatively. But since this college provides good atmosphere and environment for building skills, students do a lot better in off campus. In campus several companies come and hier students. And average for this college goes upto 5 lakhs. With highest being 48 lakhs

Likes

Being now a autonomous college thus doing some good changes for a student to take placement and introduce some good subjects like communication and foreign language
Good girls and boys ratio in college thus helps in mixup with the society

Dislikes

Pressure on student is most daily classes and assignment is given by college thus not getting time to do something else
College is not good in structure and very limited access to girls at night

Course Curriculum Overview:

As of now the college is autonomous and can run their own cirruculam so I think they are pressurising more on 1st year which is good on 1 side and can can be helpfull when we go outside but on the other side it is very pressurising for student as they cannot do any other thing rather than that.

Good college with some cons

Likes

Teachers are good,they actually care about what are you studying

Dislikes

Strict for non hostellers,like they don't even allow non hostellers to come in college on holiday
