- The college is lenient enough about attendance, medicals can be used to bypass the 75 attendance.
- The students are fine you will see everyone from very rich to very poor and you can find ur circle accordingly.
- The clubs are very active and help you develop yoir personality.
Dislikes
- Poor girl to boys ratio, it's like 1:8 or 1:12 in some classes.
- Small college campus, not much to do here, will get boring, also the surroundings are not interesting either.
- The location of college is very remote so no intersting activities, takes around 2hrs to reach maincity.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is just like other aktu Colleges and its boring not very industry oriented and old but hey it's okay. It helps in higher education and alligns wiyh gate syllabus so that's fine. Ghe frequency of exams in first year was very tedious and high but it has toned down from second year
Fees and Financial Aid
The college's yearly fees is 138000 but they show 119000 in the official documents and so far we don't think it will increase but definitely it may increase for the upcoming batches. The college provides support for UP state scholarship and students get around 57k for general category and around 1.12Lakh for Sc/St students.
Campus Life
We have epoque as our annual fest and the technical fests keep happening but yehy are nothing major, the annual fest happens around March April and lasts for 2-4 days. The library has a good variety of books available and it's actually really good so no complaints there. Facilities provided are all right within our classroom, jist very basic nothing special. Yea clubs are active and they have a positive impact on student life.
Admission
The admission process of our college is via aktu counseling ornvia donation altho they don't accept it but yea it's present. I chose this college because of its average package at the time and was comparatively lenient than others.
Faculty
The faculty member of college are good they know what' they are doing and what are they teaching and will help you if you are stuck on something, they are not nosy and won't boss lol. The exam system for first year was 2 class testss of 60marks each and one PUE of 70 marks. But second year onwards it has changed to 1 class test and 1 pue. I am from 2023-2027 batch. Don't know about the current batches
Night Life
I am outside hostel so can't help but it's okay from what I know. The college campus has gym timings so it won't be open 24*7 abut cafeterias do open till quite late. Yea the campus is very safe to roam at night but restrictions are present as one can't leave college hostel after 11 for boys and 9? For girls.
