Likes

The campus is good facilities are good infrastructure is also nice
The faculty is knowledgeable we can expect good learning opportunities
The college is not too far public transport is available and the timings make sure u don't have to face the traffic

Dislikes

The campus size could be bigger many more facilities could be added
The crowd is not soo good as it is new to engineering
I'm not so sure about the placements as they are new to engineering

Admission:

My cet ranking wasn't great my 13 th also didn't go great that time this college newly introduced btech courses which i wanted and this college fit my ranking it was also better than the other colleges I got to choose. you need to write the cet exam to be eligible to apply to this college or u can opt for management seat

A college which has the best vibe

Likes

No ragging thts a plus point and students are so good even staff
They do offer placement and internship support
They do provide us with party and college events

Dislikes

They wont let you write exam without paying fees
Assignments i have wrote around 100 pages a day even
75 per attentance is so bad

Admission:

Based on the fee and the location and the vibe of the place and i do prefer vibe of the spot and tht college has a good enviornment lake facing view and such a big campus with lot of amenities and food court is the best i still miss my college days

Likes

The experiance in campus was nice and it was a good campus.
I liked the facilities they afford for us.
The examination it was computer based. And the internals was for 70 marks.

Dislikes

I didn't like the food and the restaurants in the canteen.
They provided free parking place but it is open place.

I didn't apply for any other colleges, i choose this colege as best option for my course. Admission procedure was direct admission only there is no entrance exam and interviews. Directly can approach for the admission.

I choose this college because they have a vast placement option and there was no other college for my course in Bangalore which was Bsc in visual communication I was very passionate about film making and editing so I wanted to pursue that.

This was the first college I have applied for and I got admission very easily. I choose this college because of the course availability and it doesn't need any other competitive exam for the admissions, just completed graduation in life science field. The overall admission experience was excellent because you will have a person to person interaction to guide you throughout the admission process

Review of garden City University

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is very good and clean environment with calm and peacefulness to study. There are different buildings and areas for different field of courses. The lake infront is really beautiful.
The faculty of the college are really friendly, the subjects can be understood really easily they explain each and every aspects in detail. If we don't understand they pause and explain which makes us to understand the concepts in better way.
There are many courses we can do in coursera by our college which will help us in the future and the courses are relatable to us. They conduct many seminar and invite researchers and entrepreneurs for the talk which provides us with best insights.

Dislikes

75 percent of attendance, and to cope up with that is comparatively hard.
Timings of our course, it's at 7 am, hostel students can somehow manage the timings but people who travel from their home it's difficult to reach by tht time.
Sometimes the courses are going on in a fast pace .

Admission:

I checked through other colleges nearby but it did not provide me with this course. This course has included many things which are helpful in future research prospective. These has many future opportunities may it be i. The leading oncology, bioinformatics, clinical embryology aspects etc. everyone who studied life science in their UG are eligible to apply for this course

Gardencity through a students POV

Likes

The campus is very cozy and there's lots of clubs and stuff to do.
The campus provides lots of places to sit and chill
The ambience is awesome and provides for awesome time with friends.

Dislikes

The canteen food is sometimes really bad.
The campus should have been bigger, like atleast a Lil bit.
Too many restrictions for couples and no intimacy is allowed.

Admission:

I did not apply for any other college, since I was fixated on going to gardencity itself. My parents wanted me to go here. The admission process is pretty simple, you just have to talk at the front desk, and pay the amount on spot or in installment and admission is done. Eligibility is having 60%+ in 12th exams.

The Garden city University and it's review

Likes

The things I like their is their green and clean environment and attractive fountains
Good and open space for indoor as well as outdoor sports like cricket,football,badminton ,carrom,chess,table tennis and many more
What do everyone like in a College in common,that's canteen which is not to good but some of the shops are awesome

Dislikes

The things I didn't like is coconut trees all around the campus
There nothing more to dislike in this college but you have to walk more(big campus)
In this college students are not allowed in lifts 😭

Admission:

I tried applying to New Horizon college of engineering Bangalore but due to some reason I was not able to go there but yeah destination was somewhere else The Garden city University. The admission process here is simple,money I guess all the colleges have the same process

Gardencity University from the perspective of a student

Likes

I love the campus it has lots of figurines, and visuals etc
The canteen is really great looking and serves awesome food
There's sitting area almost everywhere and washrooms everywhere for convenience.

Dislikes

Washrooms are a bit dirty and unclean sometimes.
The canteen food was sometimes found to give food poisoning to students.
Campus is too small, cud be bigger to take strolls

I chose Garden City University over Presidency University because its course structure felt more practical and career-focused. While both universities are good, Garden City University focuses more on hands-on learning, workshops, and real-world skills. This was important to me because I want to be well-prepared for jobs after my studies. The campus environment at Garden City also felt welcoming, and the teachers are supportive and approachable. I did get admission to Presidency University as well. While it has strong academics, I found that Garden City University’s mix of theory and practical learning was more balanced and suited to my goals. Garden City seemed to focus on industry exposure and skill development, which is what I needed. The admission process at Garden City University was simple and quick. I had to submit my previous academic records, meet the eligibility requirements, and attend a counseling session. The staff was very helpful and guided me well. The process at Presidency University was similar, but Garden City’s process felt smoother and more student-friendly. In the end, I chose Garden City University because it offers a better balance of academics and practical learning, along with a positive campus environment that supports students in every way.
