29 Sep, 2025 GATE 2026 Registration is ongoing for ME/ MTech/ PhD Admission 2026-27. The last date to register @gate2026.iitg.ac.in has been extended to Oct 6, 2025 (without late fee) and Oct 9, 2025 (with late fee). NSUT West Campus offers admission to B.Tech courses in 5 disciplines as well as a B.Arch course. To apply for the B.Tech courses, candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. For B. Arch, candidates need an aggregate of 50% marks in 10+2 Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. Candidates need to qualify for the JEE Mains exam (or NATA for B. Arch) and sit for the JAC Counselling to get admission to NSUT West Campus. The JEE Mains registration fee ranges from INR 800 to 1000, and the JAC Counselling fee is INR 1500. The counselling and seat allocation are conducted via online mode based on the JEE Main and NATA scores and choice filling by the candidates.

For the counselling process, candidates need to register online on the official website of NSUT West Campus and fill in their branch preferences. A seat is allotted based on merit and availability. NSUT West Campus Application Process 2025

Here is a detailed overview of the application process of the NSUT West Campus Application Process 2025:

Go to the official website of JAC: jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in
Register online and then pay the register-cum-counselling fee, which is INR 1500.
Enter your preferences after carefully checking the available seats. There is no restriction on the number of preferences a candidate can add.
Candidates can change, add new choices, delete, and reorder their choices until the last day of counselling.
Seat allotment is strictly based on merit and availability of seats.
After the seat allotment, candidates are required to take the provisional admission letter and report to the institute.
If any seats remain vacant after the final round, a spot round would be conducted.
Candidates can participate in the spot round of JAC counselling by paying a fee of INR 10,000.
If even after the spot rounds, seats are still vacant, a special counselling session is conducted.

NSUT West Campus Scholarship 2025

NSUT West Campus offers multiple scholarship programs to support its students. The major NSUT West Campus scholarship schemes are

CVSPK Talent Incentive Scheme: For the top 5 JEE rankers in any B. Tech program. The rank of the toppers should not be more than 2000. The scheme offers full reimbursement of the university and tuition fees out of the total course fee.

CVSPK FWS Financial Assistance Scheme: It is based on gross annual family income. For students with a family income up to INR 2 lakhs, the scholarship offers a full fee waiver.

CVSPK Fee reimbursement in case of the death of an earning parent: In case of the death of the sole earning parent, NSUT West Campus offers full reimbursement of tuition, university, and hostel fees.

Ques. Does NSUT West Campus conduct its own examination for the B.Tech program?

Ans. No, NSUT West Campus does not conduct its own exam for B.Tech admissions. Admission to the 5 B. Tech courses offered at NSUT West Campus are strictly on the basis of the JEE Mains paper 1. But just qualifying for the exam does not guarantee a seat at the institute. Admission to the NSUT West Campus B.Tech program is strictly subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria.

Ques. Are there any management quotas for NSUT West Campus Admissions?

Ans. No, there are no management quotas for NSUT West Campus admissions in 2025. All the candidates are selected on the basis of merit. Candidates who have secured at least 60% marks in their 10+2 examinations and also have a good JEE Mains rank can apply for a seat in NSUT West Campus. Admission is subject to the verification of all the required documents.

Ques. Can people from outside of Delhi apply for B.Tech at NSUT West Campus?

Pros and Cons of "NSUT WEST CAMPUS"

Admission:

I did applied for other Jac Delhi colleges like DTU, NSUT(Main campus), IIIT Delhi, but I was not getting branch of my interest in those colleges, thats why I picked up NSUT West Geoinformatics. I could have also went for CSE in any of these colleges but my JEE mains rank wasn't enough for that. Admission process is quite easy, you just have to register for JAC Delhi counselling and you will get the respective college and branch according to you rank.

I given both Cuet and jee exam in Cuet I get hansraj college later get confirmed with Zkir hussian college in which I doing BSC in PCM in jee exam I don't get not so good rank so I don't know I get college in councelling but in spot round I get NSUT b.tech in geo informatics so quit degree from cuet and join the NSUT due to prestigious college which provides highly learning experience and job placement. No don't apply any other colleges other than this two colleges. Admission process of getting this college is through JEE Exam, cutoff is 91% for general and 75% for OBC and rest. Eligibility is that 60% marks in 10th+2 in PCM. After councelling seat acceptance fees is given that is 90,000 rest fee after confirmation of admission pay the balance fee to University.

Admission:

I have applied for a lot of colleges incl. IPU, DTU, NIT, IIIT, etc. I simply didn't get the admission in all of them but out of the ones I got admission is NSUT was the best choice. I faced rejection from DTU,NIT,IIIT because I didn't got a top level rank in my JEE MAINS exam. As of the admission process, it was pretty smooth. It didn't took long,was hardly 3-4 visits and all set!

Admission:

•In jac 3rd round I got igdtuw which is also a tier 1 college but not better than nsut so when I got nsut ice in jac 5th round I was really happy as it is a Delhi's tier 1 college and it's alumini is also very good like aman dhattarwal and more •for admission one has to give jee main exam and then apply for jac counselling and there is a fees for giving jee mains exams around 800-1000 as well for jac counselling around 1000-1200 and you can check the cutoff for jee main exam as per your reservation and categories

Reality of Nsut west campus

Admission:

Counseling is done by jac and the process is carried out very smoothly. The student should be careful while reading the notification released by the jac.The student having reservation benefits must have their certificates ready otherwise they might lose their seat to someone having less marks. Jee mains is conducted 2 times in a year January and April. Addmission in Nsut is done on the marks obtained in jee mains .

Admission is done via JEE Mains percentile basis. Cut-off for outside Delhi students is very high. Cut-off for inside Delhi students is very low. There is 85 percent Delhi quota and 15 percent outside Delhi students seats.

The Netaji Subhash University of Technology accepts the JEE Mains scores for admission to B.Tech. Admission to the course is also done on the basis of the IPU CET examination conducted by the university.
