- This is a broad and intellectually stimulating degree that includes core physics knowledge and a thorough grounding in astrophysics. Students will study the workings of the universe, from the planets of the solar system to the most distant galaxies.
- Students will learn how to analyse astronomical data, draw conclusions and present results. Students can spend time in the astronomy laboratory and use the robotic telescope to take their own data. There are two projects to complete in final year.
