- The BSc integrates scientific methods with social interpretation. Students will investigate all aspects of the human past, drawing on the principles of biology, chemistry, and physics. Modules cover a variety of time periods, from prehistory to the late medieval period, so students can build on their interests by focusing on a particular era.
- The degree combines hands-on learning with small-group teaching and lectures. Students will work in both the field and the laboratory, developing critical skills in diverse archaeological methods.
- Right from the start, students get in-depth archaeological experience. Students do a minimum of six weeks either in the field, the laboratory, or the workplace.
