  • The course was majorly theoretical.
  • No international exposure so we didn't have any experience with how European people do business or their thought process. Indians and Pakistanis have the same thought process and the same way of doing business. There is not even a single talk about innovation in the UK.
  • There were 2 classes in a week and timing varies from 9 am to 4 pm
  • On average there were 30-40 students in every class.
  • During my batch, the majority were Indian students, then were the Pakistanis and then the Nigerian students.

Fees

  • My course fee was around 19200 pounds after scholarship of 1500 it was around 17,700
  • 50% of fee is taken as deposit during admission. Rest of the fees needs to be paid in first and second semester Rent would be around 300 to 400 if sharing and 600 to 700 in student accommodation.
  • Uni is 2 days for master's or max 4 days if bachelors so transport would be depend on that and on location. For grocery it would be around 200 monthly and if ordering food will cost you more try for takeaway.

  • My course was difficult to be honest, as it required a lot of research and learning skills. It was a mix of both Practical and theoretical.
  • I felt some of the subjects were not required. Apart from that I liked all other aspects of my course.
  • Classes were usually 3 days per week- Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Fees

  • Entire course "Tuition" fee was 14000 Pounds
  • My accommodation was outside the campus in a really nice neighborhood "Quinton" about 5 miles away from the University. I have a good transportation facility every 5 mins. I pay about 600 pounds per month including all the bills.
  • Transportation was about - 50 pounds per month "student pass" where you can travel unlimited across Black country and West Midlands. Such a saver for me.
  • Affordable shopping centers were mostly ALDI, Costco. But I always used to go to Sainsbury's and ASDA as they were near.
  • Gym membership was 24 pounds per month. They also have 12 pounds per month too.
  • Groceries were about 30 pounds per month.

The courses are well defined, but it's mostly on us, how proactive we are and how we make network outside.

Fees

In 2021, it was around 14L or 15L but had a scholarship, so it came down to 13L. It has gone up to 17L now and over that you need more finances to live in the city and to show to the uni.

Overall average experience. The university could have done more than just focus on classes. Field trips, global interaction and placement assistance could be provided.

The course curriculum is regularly updated, reflecting a commitment to staying current. While the academic foundation is strong, I have yet to gain industrial exposure or research experience. I am actively seeking opportunities for internships or projects to bridge the gap between theory and practical application, enhancing my overall learning experience.

Fees

The total tuition fees for my program are £16,870. For the 12-month course, I have paid £14,870, and I received a scholarship of £2,000. This information can be valuable for new students in planning their finances.

Courses and modules for my course are relevant to what I want to do in the future. There’s lots of macroeconomics theories and applications into real life e.g my contemporary business module.

I chose this University as it is a new modern university where my family and friends have also got their degrees from. It is a friendly environment and how the students are satisfied with the modules attracted me.
