I accepted the offer because the university is one of the top universities in the world in terms of ranking. Manchester as a city is also a whole different world. One can learn many things in the city and would never get bored as well.

Course Curriculum

9

In general, the curriculum is good but a bit too hectic with the assignments. I have 50% of the course as a dissertation which I think is too much instead we could have some more subjects included. We had some guest lectures from industry experts in a few subjects.

Exams

- My IELTS score was 7.5 out of 9 and I have seen people getting in the university with as low as 6.5 - ICSE (10th) - 89.8; ICSE (12th) - 86.25 Amity university (B.Tech) 7.85 - Requirements: Yes, I had to submit SoP, 2 LORs and my updated CV. For the SoPs try to be as true as possible but it should be aligned with the course you are applying to. For LORs, try to get it from a good reputed professor who has taught you.

Placement

9

University just organizes the career fairs thus we have to apply and proceed with the placements on our own.

Fees

33000 GBP

Faculty

9

It depends from staff to staff, few are easy to get in touch with while few just don't reply on time. Most of the professors are well versed in their subjects and have high intellectual traits.

Campus Life

I love the campus , you can get anything you want in the campus area . The campus building is historic and 200 years old. We regularly have different events in the campus in which you can easily network with others .

Hostel

10

I live in a university accommodation which is present on the university campus itself. I have an ensuite room with a shared kitchen for which I am paying around 183 GBP per week. One can get private accommodation as well near the university building for a much cheaper price.
