About my college

Positive - Hostel life is good and satisfying and the atmosphere here is very good , college and hostel is surrounded by mountains.The view is also good. Negative - There is a morning assembly everyday which is considered as first period attendence So strict and different department have different rules. Takes Attendence for free hours and not allowing to go to Hostel during that hours.

The course is Good and exam is conducted in an Auditorium where boys and girls are separately seated and viewed under CCTV cameras and many faculties in the auditorium.There is only single exams per day.

Placement for Computer science depatment are good,but that is not the same case for all the department's.Mechanical department don't have any placement in their core companies. College provides internship for a couple of students.

Actually there are no event celebrated in our college.the only event conducted in Oru college is Ignite,which is a prayer service.We don't have a fresher's day and not even and industrial visit (IV). This College is recommended for the students who are nerds.

The fee structure is expensive it will take eleven and half lakhs (11.5) for completing four years of your B.Tech completion and we should pay extra amount of five thousand as exam fee every semester.

There is a good scholarship available to students who are eligible to some criteria (High merit with good attendence in class,Good CGP etc.). Recently a scholarship of five crores (5cr) was given to the students.

No extra curricular activities are there in the college and lab are good which can be used at any time.Our college have good Sports team mainly football team, basketball team , vollyball team and cricket team.

Yes ,I have opted hostel. Hostel fee is twenty two thousand five hundred rupees per semester. It includes mess fee and room fee.We can choose NRI food by giving an extra amount of ten thousand rupees (10000).Hostel is clean and good.

Alumni's of karunya Institute of technology and science are every where. Many of the people are in good position. Many alumni's comes to college and says their experience and try to motivate the students.

Karunya Institute of technology and science was conducting a online entrance exam for their admission process.There was an entrance center in my city too, I wrote the exam and they instantly showed the results and I could achieve an A grade in the exam.

Faculties can be selected and we can choose our Favorite one's.Many of the faculties are so strict and rude in our department.There are different rules for different departments.Dress code is compulsory and faculties never allow student to enter the class with beard.
