The university provides an excellent opportunity for the students with large number of companies visiting the campus every year including IT companies who are mass recruiters as well as companies which are related to specific fields

The course curriculum was intense with all electronics and communication engineering related subjects covered over the course period of 4 years. The exam structure involves two cycle tests and one model exam which constitutes for 50 percentage of the score followed by the semester exams

There are several companies that visit the university campus in the final year and they provide excellent opportunities to the students provided they meet the basic requirements of the hiring companies. A few of these companies provide internship too with a stipend of around 10000-15000

There are two major events that are celebrated every year in the college. One is Aaruush that is conducted mostly during the month of August and the other is Milan which is conducted during the month of January

Feasible if you get an admission based on merit. A merit seat is obtained of you get a good score in the SRM entrance engineering examination (SRMEEE). But if you obtain a seat on management quota then the fees per year become expensive

The are different scholarships available for students who perform exceptionally well in their academics. Also different scholarships are available for students who fall under the sports quota as well. Top 10 percent of the students from each department are eligible for scholarships as well

There are separate labs, field available for every sports activity or for study purposes. There is a huge library available which has a good collection of books both hard copy and soft copy. The labs are well equipped with all the necessary equipment

I did not opt for hostel however from what i heard, the hotel infrastructure and facilities are pretty good for the students. They might turn out to be a bit expensive in which case other options can be tried for. Separate hostels for NRIs are available

The university tries to keep the alumni in touch and they organise an event every year through mail communications that help the people get along and connect effectively. In this way the interaction between students and alumni is effective

The admissions are conducted based on 12th standard examination results coupled with the merit list of SRM entrance engineering exam (SRMEEE) followed by verification of documents to complete the admission

Most of the faculty members that i had come across are pretty experienced and learned. They assist you in your projects and provide good guidelines. These faculty members are experts in their respective fields
