Likes
- I liked the overall infrasture of the college. There are canteens for each building.
- The faculty is always on time. It does not happen that a single lecture is empty
- The faculty is supportive, provides opportunies, encourage students to participate in hackathons etc.
Dislikes
- Lots and lots of classes that we don't get time to focus on other activities.
- So many assignments for students to complete.
- Overall students should get some free time in college so that they can explore other activities too.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are various competitions, internships, etc that make us feel interested. It gives experience, exposure and make our networking strong. I think there should be more better labs with advanced tech systems that can help student learn coding,programming easy. I think they should also talk about the other opportunities if someone is not interested in tech field. Every month we have to give test or exam which makes us feel hectic but its rgpv requirement do we have to fulfil it
Internships Opportunities
The intership courses like cisco paklo alto etc happens every sem. Although i am in 2nd year i am not doing internships right now but there are hackathons in which you can participate, and get internship opportunities
Placement Experience
I am in 2nd year so i dont know much but as i have heard till now people from 3rd year can apply for internships and placement process start from 4th year. the average package is 3 lakh and highest package is 51 lakh. You have to maintain 7.5 above cgpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
I pay 60k per year, i am from obc category so i get 30k scholarship per year and i am doing btech. Students from general category dont get category scholarship but there are some mre scholarship opportunities in which they can apply based on their 10th/12th percentage or semester cgpa.
Campus Life
We have gyanotsav at our college every 2 year in which different events and activities happen a nd students are free to participate. Overall its a nice experience studying here and at the end it depends on you too that how much you love your course you are studying
Admission
I think this is the best college for btech in jabalpur so far. People recommend this college if it is compared by other colleges in jabalpur. I was preparing for Jee but i didnt want to take drop so i chose this clg. You can get admission by jee percentile or registrations or 12th marks
Faculty
The faculty with students is very good and friendly. They keep telling us about new internship opportunities. I liked my BEEE sir his name is amit. he is very sweet and friendly. Although some fsculties are little strict about the rules and regulations which are less beneficial and suffocating for students We have assignment tests,midterm these happen every month untill final exam. They are usually easy and not no difficult.
Night Life
The library is nice You can do your work there but with teacher's permisiion there is no college hostels or gym or anything because it is a private college they dont provide these services. But the campus is nice canteen is also good
