Likes
- The teacher's behaviour towards the students and the dean of first year is a chill type of person not so strict but strict enough to manage the college .
- The college conducts events too frequently and the fests are very fun . It has so much competition and prizes
- Teaching is better than expected. I thought college has only self study but the teachers here have much knowledge.
Dislikes
- The dress dee is 7500 and must be paid but we get the whole uniform at 4500 in the local market .
- No physical activities are being provided. Projector not works properly.
- College has uniform and timings are 9 to 5 with a hour break
Course Curriculum Overview
This college has great curriculum and also provide special training for the students to make them market ready . The area of improvement are many if looked The faculty should have the mindset to look for every Student not only for the students who are capable of The studies.
Placement Experience
The placement is kinda good .I have spotted many companies in the campus for the placement. The average pakage is 6-7 lakhs Students even go for off campus placements. Companies like Zomato , Tata and many more . My plan is to get placed and get the job .
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee is average not very much not too less. The total fees of the BTech cse is 7,20,000 for 4 years And yearly fees is 1,80,000 I have paid my first year fee at the time of admission And hostel fee is quite expensive as compared to other. Some of my friends are in electrical branch and fee is less than cse The college provide scholarship only to UP students And other state students get nothing .
Campus Life
This college is very social and conduct many social events . Many competition are being held with enough prizes . There are many social groups and the students take part in those . There are many genre of books present in their library . There are many extracurricular activities I participated in the online gaming tornament BGMI And I did qualify but unfortunately couldn't win.
Admission
I did researched a lot with my percentage that is 86.6% in cbse . I was looking for gl bajaj but due to cutoff issue I couldn't get the admission there . So the next best college I found was GNIOT . If in anycase i couldn't got admission in this college I would have chosen IILM or NIET . But I chose gniot as it has minimal fees and the placement was good .
Faculty
There is enough faculty in the college. They hold a good relationship and friendly behaviour. Each bunch of students have a mentor and they regular come in contact to know what's happening with them. I personally dont like my maths faculty as she wasn't able to complete syllabus on time . I like my chemistry faculty as she has a good humour and very good knowledge about the subject.
Night Life
Nightlife is not so fun the hostel in, timing is very strict. Gniot has GYM , Cafeterias, Library with a very good management. Cafeteria is accessable till 3 am and that's very good . There is hangout area just outside the college gate and the expo mart .
