College review

It is a very good college with very well faculty , infrastructure ,labs , canteen , classroom ,etc also it is very well maintained it has a lot of greenery.The campus is always clean.The is a very good water facility also.

Mechanical engineering consist of 8 semesters (4years) each sem has internal exam ,viva ,practicals, term work ,mini project in some subjects ,file submission and end sem exam. My opinion on course curriculum is that there should more practical knowledge given than just bookish knowledge. Also all engineering institutes are training for students to be good workers not good business man.

Yes , placement s are provided by our college. Some top companies give a good anual package but it does not provide with internship. However there are industrial visit conducted. Internships can be done externally.

Dbit celebrates various events they are hysteria(cultural enent). Vortex(branch evert), Innovex(project display), Also various dance, singing, sports , Skits hysteria event is for almost a week which include major small event's.

The fee structure in dbit is mid range the it includes tution fees exam fees etc. The fee is about one lakh for open admission. The fee for obc, st and cast students is less.the fees is feasible for the college.

There is christian minority also scholarship is given to low income family students. For loan facility the student has to talk to the management i think loan facility I dont know properly. However scholarships are provided.

They labs in don bosco are excellent they are very well maintained also we have three dimensions printing machine which no other colleges have.we have 3 grounds football, basketball, and cricket and volleyball.

There is no hostel facility, some far staying students stay in flats rooms on rent the rent is around 5000 for one student sharing. The food they get is also home made for which they have to pay the quality of room is average.

Yes they are very helpful we have various commeties of students who conduct various helpful seminars. Also we have alumni connect event where they explan about their journey.and also clear our doubts.

For engineering we have to fill online form and select college preferences. After that there are 3 cap rounds where the student list are displayed online where in there are 3 freez(where u want to confirm admission in that college), float and slide(for some branch and if you want the same college for but a different branch than you need to choose slide option. whereas float means any college of higher preference.) The faculty in my college is great they are very helpful faculty in dbit are very well qualified. Also there is deciplin and professionalism maintained. They teach very well and have a good doubt clearing ability.
