Remarks

Overall the college is se like the other colleges of the town. The only thing which is different is that the college is 102 years old, nothing at all. If you have to just read books and get a degree easily without much effort then this college is the best place for you.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Very few professional courses are available here. Most courses are just regular courses. You can't expect practical training from this college. Exam structure is also not based on punctual pattern. They say that house exams are held after every semester but I have never seen any house exams.

Placement Experience

2

Placements and job opportunities are below average. They provide those jobs which even a 10+2 passes student can get easily. Most of the jobs are not directly related with your course. For the year 2018-19 the average placement offer is around 18k.

College Events

4

Events celebrated in the college are very good. Every month 1 or two events are celebrated here. It is the best place to groom your talent. Everybody interested can take part here. Many educational talks are also held here , which is a very good thing about this college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible. Most courses cost below 40000 per year. Even the most expensive course cost around Rs. 60000. Also the fees is taken in three installaments. One in July , second in September, and the third in january.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides many scholarships for the students. And these scholarships are mostly beneficial for 1 at year students. For the second year students they give scholarships for the university toppers. And for the needy ones they give around 6000 only.

Campus Life

4

Labs of the college are good. Lab staff is also very good. But they don't allow you to go in lab after the lab classes. You will have to ask for the permission of the HOD. Also the HOD ask for you about the marks in your previous exams and then allow you to go.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are very helpful. You can easily ask them anything in the library. They tell you about the things which are about to happen in advance. And also they tell about the course details in details before opting the courses.

Admission

Anybody eligible can get admission without any problem. You can even get admission after 30- 40 days prior to the last admission date. Also they charge Rs. 300 for the application form. It takes only 1 hour to take the admission.

Faculty

1.5

Faculty of the college is not good. The permanent staff is on strike most times. And the ones which are on ad hock pasts are of average level. Even the permanent staff has no time to clear your doubts. They are busy in completing the syllabus that even they are sometimes not able to do due to regular strikes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum in my course is highly relevant and comprehensive, covering essential topics that are in line with current industry standards. One of the main reasons I chose this course was its emphasis on practical applications , especially in area like physics , chemistry and mathematics which allign weell with my career goal . The curriculum is structured to provide a strong foundation in theory while also preparing us for real world application , making it an excellent choice for both job readiness and further studies . In terms for preparation for real world scenarios, the curriculum includes case studies , hands on project, internship opportunities that have helped me gain practical experience. This blend of academic and practical learning has been very effective. However, there is some room for improvement. I would suggest incorporating more recent advancement in technology would keep the course updated and relevant. As I am student of first year my exams will be scheduled from december , so I cannot say much about it . My exams are three hour long which I think would be enough for me and easy to write .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Difficultly level of exam are moderate though but the date being set is just not fine at all as syallabus didn't got revised or covered according to that . And I'm fine with the course that i chose because later it all depends on who has more skills to approach with rather than just bookish knowledge its also beneficial that they organised courses that later help in job interviews at cheap prices

Remarks:

Positive are a lot in my college first there is a strict anti-ragging policy in our college and it helps a lot in demotivating the ragging cause I have experienced this myself that ragging is not taken lightly here and it helps in the students cause we all know how bad ragging can get and here it's prevented.
