i liked the infrastucure of the college the campus is very huge and spaciuos
the campus srm ktr has a huge auditorium tp ganesan auditorium which has a seating capacity of 4000 people
the teachers are good and expierenced and have high dignity in the campus the students are also very respectfull towards each other

Dislikes

the thing i disliked is the hostel in time which is 7pm in n block gents hostel
anathor thing that i disliked is the mess food which is very boring
the attendance policy is bad and the campus is too huge that you have to walk a lot minimum 15k steps a day

Course Curriculum Overview

i was interesed to chose this cse course in srm in srm because srm is a very renouned institute and also it has many feautres that make it different from other universities forstly the cirriculum and the fee stureure nad the campus is build extraordinary even if you are 2000 kms from your home you will never feel lonely because the campus is so lively

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 475000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

in srm ktr i will be paying about 4lakh 75k tution fees per month and the hostel fees is 1.80 lakh per year the fees is high definately but its worth it because if the enviroment that srm is proviidng to the students . the classmates are also cheerful and the teachers are also kind to give u attendance if you are 5-10 mins late to the class.

Campus Life

the overall campus is very friendly everyone comes to help you and no one is selfish here they are always ready to help the peers and everoyoune has ha smile on their face while helping the hostel is also good no probelems so far the library is huge the mess is huge. overall the campus expierence is good so far

Admission

i chose this colleges over other colleges as i had many other options but i chose srm ktr because of the lievly campus the ordinary study and the famous aarush fest where many celebrities come and i wanted to be a part of arush club here there are many opportunities

Faculty

the marking sceme has internal marks and external marks which is very easy to understand the exams are also not very tough they are easy if you study geniunly u can definately score 9 cgpa above the teachers are kind enough to teach you if have any doubt

Interview Experience

yes there was an entrance exam that i gave srmjee in which i got a rank of around 5700 the exam was not that diificult even though it was not easy as well but it was decent the exam expiereince was good and i had a great time giving the exam

Night Life

as such there is no night life in the campus because everything closes after 7 pm in campus and the hostel in time is also 7 pm so u will see only dogs barking in the campus after 7pm so there is no night life in the campus if you are looking for night life dont opt for this colege

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Placement Experience:

So from 6-7th semester they offers placements before that we have placement training in campus.So highest package for 2024 was 45 to 50 lpa,good offer given by amazon and other company also.So the average package is 7.5 lpa and highest package was 50 lpa.so 925 application are accepted in last 2 monts .My plans to get job and then after 2 years may be for higher study or startups.

Chose SRM University mainly because of its strong reputation in engineering, excellent infray,and placement opportunities.I has applied to a few other private universities like VIT Vellore and Manipal University.while I did get a confirmed admission from one,i felt SRM had a more vibrant campus life,better connectivity to Chennai City, and a strong alumni network. The Student Life at SRM IST

I am a dropper, I got 75k something rank but that year cutoff for the colleges in Delhi skyrocketed for general category like nothing before. So I didn't get any college in Delhi, took a drop and applied then here at this college and Amity University Noida. I cleared both bht I preferred this college over Amity University because of many reasons - fees, cultural activities, student crowd, placement.
