What Students Say

Likes

The staff and teachers are very friendly and very helpful for studies
Clean and very hygienic toilets and classrooms
Well clean and hygienic canteen and have good food for budget friendly

Dislikes

Less transportation facility for the students are coming long
Have some ragging issues from the seniors
Less lab facility for computer science and engineering students

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum have c programming and web development and also have database management system. The teaching method was very simple and easy to understand for the students and the series exams are conducting 2 months frequently

Internships Opportunities

In every year college conducting internship for students of the various companies in Kerala. And give best and good experiences for computer engineering students. The students participate the projects and tasks every year and complete successfully

Placement Experience

The companies are coming to the college in very year and students are able attend to the placement interview in the final semester. Wipro, tata technology and other companies are visiting college campus and many of students are placed vert year. Offering average 150000 Rs per year salary package

Fees and Financial Aid

In semester i will pay 10000 and also have exam fees paying separate. Total we have 6 semester.caution deposit also have payed 10000. Other students in my class in management seats are payed more than me around 25000 to 40000

Campus Life

The college management are very co operative for the festivals and technical programs. In every year college conducting cultural fest named as implus and technical fest named as shasthra. And also have inter college sports.

Admission

I love this college for good atmosphere for study and also have less college fees compare to others private colleges. And also have college buses for travel. And also have verious range of placement support provides

Faculty

Mainly have 6 university semester wise exams and additionally have 2 series exams in one semester and also have lab exams with the series exam. The course structure was in first semester have 8 exams and the second semester have 10 exams

Night Life

The night life of the college area was super interesting in near the college we have gyms and cafeterias and also have libraries. The college hostel closes night 10 pm and have good hostel facilities for students

Placement Experience:

From the semester 7 onwards the placement interview will begin.The company's like Infosys,Sutherland etc.But if we are doing externally that is also good.I'm planning on improving my skills first and then going abroad. The average package available would be 4 lakh per annum.

Experience as a first year student at NIT calicut

Placement Experience:

Here we recieve a really high number of offers this year it was around 970, The highest package received this year was 44.42 lpa and average was around 12 lpa Accenture, Bharat electronics limited are few of the top hirers, intel and nvidia also hire from here they are more relevant for ece students The percentage of students getting placed is 81% I will most probably try for a direct placement, I'm not thinking about higher studies(MTECH)after UG but that might change in the future

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.
