Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the first year is outdated and far from relevant.First year mainly introduces the student to basic concepts which will not be relevant in upcoming years.The Exam is majorly based on pyqs and their difficulty varies from student to student

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placement from 7th semester onwards The Highest plackage offered is 52 LPA which is offcampus and the average being 7lpa Major recruiting companies are cognizant tcs infosys wipro around 700 offers was made out of which 70% got placed. I intend to get placement. overall if you work hard you can get a good placement

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees (incl. hostel , mess) is 2 lakhs per annum from 2024 batch onwards Rs. 5000 is the caution money which is refundable and the tuition fees is around 1 lakh 35 thousand per annum.However one can apply for UP scholarship which is 57k for general candidates and 63k for obc students

Campus Life

Our college organises various fests which are very fun, the biggest among them is abhyudaya which is a annual fest and aayas which is sports fest which is also a annual fest. Along with it various department organise their own events Library has books which are related to our curriculum and government exams

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are very basic, you get a tiny room.For first year they will be alloted to either tagore or VS hostel each having 2 seater and 4 seater configuration .Mess food is very average.You have to reguster for hostel when you have done your document verification and the process is quite easy.One can also rent a PG outside at close proximity

Admission

The admission to mmmut depends upon the rank of the candidate. One can get CSE if their percentile is around 94 and above.The admission process usually starts from july and may extend upto september due to spot rounds

Faculty

Student to faculty ratio is a little less.Overall the faculty is knowledgeable and experienced, and if approached faculty do help the students.In each semester there are two exams one minor and the other is major

Night Life

for first year there are strict rules that prevent them to leave hostel except for when leaving for college, this is done to prevent ragging the restrictions on first year is of around 3 months after which they are free to leave at any time from early morning to 7pm at night. Our campus includes a cafeteria, well equiped gym, 14 acres CSA ground

The placement on campus of this college is average, as not so many good companies visit here but the faculties and seniors helps students so much that they become more bright to get a good off campus placement and the record says it.

Great Placements and Infrastructures but Strict Campus Life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I picked this cousre because the syllabus is updated and helps with jobs. Itt prepares us well for placements but could use more practical labs.Exams are frequent and moderately hard, so you have to study regularly to score well. The student-faculty ratio is about 1:60. Senior teachers are very helpful and know thier subjects well. Exams are held frequently and are moderately difficult

The Truth is Revealed

Placement Experience:

The placements right now are not that good as there is a large competition in IT sector and hence the placement is not that good.... Not even 25% of final yr students get placed and those placed , are placed at very average LPA... about 4.5-5 LPA . Hardly 2 or 3 students get package of 20+LPA . If not placed on campus then one can go for GATE exam and can sit for master's degree and then will get a better placement otherwise off campus placements. After 4th or 5 th semester students can sit for the campus placements. Companis like TCS, ACCENTURE, HCL, TATA, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT , etc visits but the number of offers made are very less about 15%-20% of total students sitting for campus placements. Highest package are about 25-30LPA average package is 5 LPA percentage of students getting placed are about 20-25% through campus my plan is to get the on campus placement... if somehoe I fail, the off campus placements...

This collage has good return on investement. Its campus size is huge. On the basis of rank this collage offers decent placement. It is better than other state collages of UP. I applied ti NITs but could not enter because of low rank(80000). Its NIRF is increasing year by year and cutoff decreasing. Its application procedure is simple.
