Course Curriculum Overview

I have completed BCA so I choose MCA and I have knowledge in coding so I choose this course The curriculum prepares good and gives us intership and job knowledge I think they have to improve the teaching on English communication and pratical work on projects Exam will be conducted for 3hours and it is easy

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many internships they are providing but they ask to pay Some they will provide free intership use that only I have not considered Paid internship For me project will be on 4th semester We have do project 1person 1project have to make no group project

Placement Experience

From 3 semester students become eligible for campus placements Now I am studing 1st year so for me the next year will be placements made Most companies like Zoho,Accenture, and many startups will come for placements Package form 1lpa to 10lpa I have to get place in an IT field for me a 30k for one month is enough for fresher

Fees and Financial Aid

For me MCA I am second batch so my fees for per sem is 69000 For 1 year 1.4 lakhs Total feels for full complete mca 2.8 lakhs Admission fees is 1000 Every one pay the same fees If you already studied in this college you will get some reduction in fees for this course the reduce 8000 Alumini students pay only 61k per semester

Campus Life

Culturals are made for 3days and first 2days are fine and 3day is super the bring many celebrities for this event This college produce some movies so the movie actors come for some events like Pongal festival and more

Admission

I have not applied any other colleges ,I have considered SRM but their fees is very high so I have not applied any other colleges This college has decent fees but it is also a high fees This college required eligibility is only get pass

Faculty

The teachers are good in teaching and fine in their attitudes For me everyone is ok they teach us and go Some teachers are only rude There are 4 semester only 3 semester has to write exam final semester only project For 1semester there will be 5 theory subjects and 2 praticals and softskill It is easy to pass the exam Mostly every one is pass only some may fail in maths only Maths is the only tough subject compared to other subjects Other subjects are mostly theory so it will be easy

Night Life

Library - good, neat Gym- only for hostel guys Canteen-tea and coffee are good other food items are also good but I don't eat there much only tea ? Hostel they are not happy in staying there the hostel guys only let ouside for timing conditions

Course Curriculum Overview:

MCA is 2 years course after completing they 3rd semester they are eligible to attend the campus placements and the college providing 100% placement. Name of the companies like CTS, Capgemini, HCL, Hexaware etc... every studends can attend all the company but if one student got selected in one company means he/she not allowed to attend some other companies. Highest package 10LPA and Average package 3LPA. I have got selected in CTS its a very god exprience for me.

Vels University is not that bad

It's very easy to get admission in this college as the admission procedure is very simple. You can directly go to the head office, and you can contact the people sitting in the reception. They'll guide you and throughout the admission. Also, it's near to the airport, which should make a travel entry for the students who are coming from the other states. Also it is situated in a very good place. The college is situated in Pallavaram, which has various like basically everything is present there beat food beat hostels. it's a good place. The location of the college is very good making it very accessible other than the location. The faculties are very nice.
