Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to pursue engineering hence i opted for this course. Exams are taken at very regular interval giving students time to imrpove and study. We have 2 mid sem exams in every semester before end term exams.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 148000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are various internships avaible in the college. Once the college provides you with noc you can go for internships without being concerned about you attendance. TCS and Infosys are on of the few companies which usually comes for placment.

Placement Experience

Placement of my college is very decent. Its niether too bad nor too good. If a students is skilled enough he or she will definitely get a an on campus placement. Current package wasof 13 Lakhs (on campus).

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it is GGSIPU affiliated college college fees is very affordable and too high unlike other private colleges. Fees is same for all GGSIPU institutions for btech all over Delhi and Delhi NCR. Fees for one year that has two semesters is 1 Lakh 48 thousand rupees.

Campus Life

There are a lot of socities and clubs within our college. Every department has its own cultural and technical society. Its easy to join. We also have yearly fests which are amazing. Facilities within the classroom include 2 ACs, bechnec, charging point, and projector. We also have water coolers on every floor. We also have a lift.

Admission

I chose college as it was affiliated to GGSIPU and it was an affordable college. I applied for various other colleges like Shiv Nadar and VIT but they were very expensive. I was accpeted in all my applied univerisities.

Faculty

Faculty here is truly amazing. All the teachers are very knowledgeable and dedicated. We are also provided with mentors to tell our problems regarding college. Faculty teach very well and is very understanding and cooperative.

Interview Experience

Yes we had to write a written exam and certain rank students get admission here. Preparation was similar as that for any other entrance exam for engineering. Mock test and PYQs help. Moreover you just have to write your jee exam

Night Life

We have canteen which has light snacks. We have tea and coffee during our lunch time there. Famous hangout spots near college is the nearby malls and local market like jagat farm market. We also have a huge library.

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Real Story of SCRIET

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester onwards students became eligible for campus placements.They are only few companies come on our college and very few offers.The highesr paid package by an company to our college student is 40 lac per annum but the average package is 4.5 lac per annum.Only 10 percent of students get on campus placements.I will pursue M.Tech from any other university.

The placements are very bad in this college...the packages offered to students are very low...about 3lpa on average....number of offers recieved by students is also very less...around 20% students get placed that too at very less packages

curriculum is so outdated.. so it will not prepare us for the real world challenges that we are going to face in future.. course need to update according to now.. semester exams are happen here after four month only they do not even provide proper time for preparation..and sometimes exams are easy but sometimes exams are tricky

By the way ,the placement rate in this college of 95% for CSE .Almost all students in the college get placed in reputed companies and a minimum of 75% is required in the semesters for placement.The highest placement package in this college has reached 19 lakhs per years and the average package is around 3-4 lakh per year.Additionally students in this college also have the opportunity to interns as part of their academics experience.

A genuine review about the college

I chose this college because it's affiliated with ggssipu and the location. I also chose this college because of its placement reviews and faculty reviews. It also has great infrastructure. I applied to many other colleges our of station. And I get into them as well but this was the best option from all of it due to location and ipu. The eligibility for the college addmission is more than 60% in 12th board. The cutoff for this college is not too high and not too low. The admission process is very smooth and easy. THE LEGACY OF JIMS ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT TECHNICAL CAMPUS

I have also applied for other colleges in which I got the seat for this course and those colleges were Ishan college, GNIOT and GN Group of institutions and I got my seat confirmed in those colleges but I haven't taken the admission because There was uniform code in the college and are not that big but in JIMS there is no Dress code and college is big and teachers are very good. The admission process of my college is very simple you can come through CUET OR CET or you can also directly book the seat in the particular course you want to take admission but you should have given cuet.
