Remarks

The college was formed in 2015 and still the construction work is going on. The college is situated in top of a hill and there is difficulty in reaching there because the Availability of transport bus is very low.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course was BA FUNCTIONAL ENGLISH which was a rare course. The course is mainly facoused on the language improvement and all the syllabus and based on languages. There are six semesters and I passed all without any failure.

Placement Experience

No. The college which I studied does not give any job placements. But the courses available on the college are very different when comparing to the other colleges near me. There is BTHM course which means bachelor in Tourism and Hotel management

College Events

The events celebrated in our college is college day, freshes day, Christmas day , deewali, Hoi, Eidul future, arts day ( lasting for 3 days ), sports day (for 4 day), cultural day and department day

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not taken any loan to study till. Because I always studies in government institutions.

Hostel Facilities

No. I have never tool an hostel accomodation. When the time students leaving the college, the department will collect their contact info for future reference. All the students are from the nearby places so there is ni need for a hostel.

The Alumni network is very wide. The college department is keeping in touch with the all the previous students. When the time students leaving the college, the department will collect their contact info for future reference.

Admission

I got admission in my college in allotment with my +2 mark. I joined in the college in September 2016 and graduated in 2019. The college atmosphere is very friendly and every students will get friendly in it very fast.

Faculty

The college faculty is excellent. There are only proffesers in the college. There is no guest faculty. All are permanent staffs of the college. There are 5 male staffs and 3 female staffs at the time of my leaving.

A practical choice with quality education

Likes

Firstly i likes the campus its very beautiful and naturally buided
Second i love the central library of our college its amazing.
Third i like the infrastructure of our college its perfectly balanced.

Dislikes

I didn’t like the restroom of our college its good not perfect one.
Second I didn’t like the some classroom its very old model.
Third I didn’t like the bathroom structure its not good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculam as moderatly relevent and fairly good .which is one of the main reason i choose this course . And i am very passionate about history teaching method and i want to become a history teacher these was the main reasons i choose the course.

the university is eco friendly and supports sustainable development and has better infrastructure and high technological facilities and equipments
the university has well qualified facility and experienced staffs which is very good for the peers
the university has lots of solar panel which is very important to maintain sustainable development it also saves electricity

Dislikes

as well it is a developing university there are lot of construction works taking place around so the sound of these works are bit noisy
the transportation facility in the university for hostel students are not working properly and staffs who drive the buggies does not pick up the students until they ask them to
as the university is placed in a hill top it is difficult for most of the students to reach here and also it is a rural area so it has its own limits

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is suitable for the modern age of teaching,the way of education is well balanced with projects, assignments, presentations and also notes .we have reading assignments where the faculty members ask us to read an entire book and give our review on it.the exams are quiet moderate and in my opinion teachers should use more ai tools as a learning aid which will be more effective for the students

Actually this course is a better choiche for those who wants to be a teacher in English. Because it gives us dual degrees which normally takes a time period of 6 to 7 years to complete. So it is really good course

My college has a tradition of 103 years of legacy
The campus is very clean and tidy and provide a green scenery
The building in the old model is the most beautiful.

Dislikes

Being an old building, there is no technological development
Seminar halls are not available in all departments.
Hostel time restriction has been placed. That is why it is difficult to be a student

With a strong network of industry connection, the actively facilitates internship, job placement and workshop. Sheethal mam is incharge of placement cell. Many job drives and companies were corporate with college and students. The average package is 25000 for undergraduate students.

I visited more organisations and human centres such as "Shanti Bavanam". And "Wecare". This college gives so many placements to students in so many companies the number of students getting placements is more than 85 percentage

Admission:

This university is entirely based on art and culture for getting admission here I gave an aptitude test and then interview. Total marks for both was 75 50 for test and 25 for interview.. questions were basic if we used your analysis power.

Actually in my college there is no entrance exam in my course, I chose this course (BA economics) because of my parents advice and I know how this course is important in the future I got admission on the merits basis. I got an admission card from the college. So there is no other procedures, admission based on plus two marks.

Govt. arts and science college kondotty are one of the best colleges which got an A grade in NAAC .overall Everything is good, admission and application fees all are in the average range. I want to suggest that there are only a few departments like BA eng, BA urdu, BSc math, Bcom, BTHM, MA maths and English.
