SR University treats students sweetly!!

ECE or electricals and communication engineering is something which is always used as a backup choice for students because Computer Science since last two decades has always been the first. For me though it was first and now since i am almost an engineer i think i did the right move as use of instruments is taught in our engineering system not in other streams.

Siemens and Intel are the two companies who are into semi conductors are the ones where fortunately i got the opportunity to intern. Intel gave me 5 weeks internship in 2024 December and besides best of learning they also gave me 20k as a stipend amount.

Placements i can say are excellent as i got placed in 7th semester and that is when placements activities starts happening. Amazon, Google, Microsoft and many other companies pay visit and offer not just donestic but international jobs too. Google Singapore which is also its Asian headquarter is where 7 students from our college were placed last year with an annual package of 30 lakhs or more.

At SR University Warangal, the yearly fees paid is 92500. The fees is for girls as Telengana government has provided financial assistance to girls. For boys its 1.4 lakhs a year. For SC/ST students and even for EWS students there are various schemes in place. So, one can manage finance easily as our university provides enough financial assistance.

We have a combined tech and cultural fest called Sparkrill. We have seen a management fest since 2022 and its called Vyuha. We also host a youth level inter college fest and the reason why SR University host that is because our university is huge. We have on campus at least 8-10 hostel blocks. We have endless faculties and ofcourse the level paying sports field too.

I gave AIEEE as NIT Warangal was my first choice since i am from Warangal. Nonetheless i couldnt get my first choice engineering college but with same AIEEE score i got my second choice college but the stream that i was lookkng for.

At SR University faculties gave believed in tossing up to the students as academics are rigorous and faculties have made it even tougher. Well the tougher it gets and it makes students equally tough for the same. So, if making strong and tough is the way then i think the faculties have done a fabulous job.

Eturnangam Wildlife Sanctuary is arguably the best place to hangout in Warangal. For peace its Pakhal Lake and for history, we have Warangal Fort. The most iconic place though close to our campus is Thousand Pillar Temple.
