affordable fees with free for some students
prime location near bus stand(100 m) which makes it easily accesible for everyone to up and down daily
experience teachers which guide students in academic field as well as life teachings also.

Dislikes

canteen is not that good as compared with price
No focus on extra curriculum activities for overall development
very less facilities for boys as no Boys common room, dirty washrooms etc.

related to the field of science. as, I have an interest in science I preferred this course. also this course has wide range of opportunities. Curriculum is based of ancient methodology and information. It is require to diverse the content to real life applicatons and practical.

the annual festivals as diwali an dholi are celebtated. technical festivals: declathon in month of may-june all king of book and journal are available in collge with research journals and semester books. an sports meet is organised by collge in february.

I haev chose this colllge over other due to the nearby location and very good qaulity aas compared with other karnal college. the quality of teacher and students standard is very good in comarison with other

Faculty

faculty to student ratio is 1:40 and most of the teacher has very good and friendly relation with students like faculty rajesh arora - HOD physics dept. Dr, Mandeep- oragnaic chemistry DR.Vivek- mathematics dislike faculties Dinesh - english ( makes the class boring due to use of only english) for nep students on avg, there are 7 papers in each semester with moderate to hard level. the oass ratio is only 30 %.

Night Life

as there is no hostel in collge. So there are no more such things to enjoy in campus such as gym, spprts zone. but there are hangout places near the college as karan park, atal park,NDRI, burger king, dominos etc.

The College Camaraderie

Course Curriculum Overview:

I enjoyed physics and maths as a school student so chose BSc course including the studies of all three- Physics, Chemistry and Maths. The modern physics part and the practical aspect of mathematics intrigued me. Though the curriculum of maths wasn't that comprehensive and was majorly all theory based. Maths syllabus can be enhanced by practical applications of examples rather than just be all about the theorems. The teaching method was good. The frequency of maths exam was 3 per semester, with three full books syllabus to be covered for each exam with mostly theory.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If i talk about my couse then i study in bsc (medical) which is a good course, we studies botany, zoology, chemistry, physics also we are nep student so we study more subject. By studying bsc we came to know my real life experiment like knowing about species, real life incidents etc. I suggest my teaching staff that they have to focus more in practical classes not on theory classes because students are more interested in them.

Course is going as per the curriculum for which i choose this course and due to much exposure of hospital near college there is infinite experience and learning if we sincerely understand and learn and will help us in the future. Exam are of 3 hrs which sre sufficient to finish it easily and i oftely complete them in 2-2.5 hrs and some time less the difficulty is not to much to pass or score good

Placement Experience:

1) Placement drive portal is open for stdents from their 5th semester (for 3-year student) or 7th (for 4-year student) and is available for UG and Pg, the latter of which can apply anytime during their second year. 2) Recruitment companies which I've noticed during drives are Amazon, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, Coca-cola, McKinsey, Airtel, etc. 3) The highest packages which are around 45 LPA is mostly given to B.Tech and MBA students.

Dyal singh - A reminiscent dream

I didn't apply much but yes i applied for government college and dav college in karnal but i found dyal singh the best one in karnal with a rating of A+ grade from Naac. Earlier I wasn't very much sure of it but now it feels this was really a good choice as the faculty the environment the course everything is so superb i started enjoyed. I didn't want to leave my home town so I applied through the online hse portal and i got my name in the first merit list . After that i submitted my documents and all the requirements.
