Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate it as 4.5, because the pratical training the we get from the curriculum is much more efficient and effective to compete in today's world. Also the whole structure is designed in a proper manner

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for pgdm program of Vivekanand Business School is same for all the students including the reservation and it is divided into 4 equal semester where every semester is of 6 months. Scholarship are provided based on the students performance in 1st year.

Campus Life

There are many activities that goes throughout the year of different club. They are not only for fun but also for your personality development. Also you have fun along with your studies that a major benefit

Admission

One of the major factor was that this college was providing a specialization in business analytics in mba, which only two colleges provide in mumbai and also the addmission process is very smooth, you just have to clear the addmission round.

Faculty

All the faculty in the college is pdh and some are them from iim too, college has semester vise exam pattern and the marks are allocated based on the grade combining the academic and extracurricular activities of the college

Night Life

There are many activities that you can do during the night, college also has its own truf so you can play cricket and football there, apart from this there are also indoor game available in the college.

PG Life at SSBF

Placement Experience:

Form the first semester itself students will be starting to get the internship opportunities as we have to complete 2 months of internship after first year. The third semester students, who come to campus after internship are all eligible for placements. JPMC, CRISIL, BNY, Federal Bank, KPMG, Tresvista, NUVAMA are a few of the companies visiting college. The highest CTC offered was INR 21.42LPA and the average CTC is INR 11 LPA.

My Experience at SSBF

Placement Experience:

The placements here are decent. For internship the record stands still at 100% and for the final pacements its 95% for all the eligible students. If there wouldn't have been any placements here, I would've opted for the employement outside on my own as I have personal contacts and references in the bfsi industry.

Average in terms of placement but great if You wish to learn Finance in Depth

Placement Experience:

after the first sem students have to sit for Summer Internship (SIP) and the median stipend for the same is not high and aroun Rs.10000. Few of the companies who visited yet are JP Morgan, BNY, Crisil and a few more, SIP process goes on until Dec . The highest stipend offered as of yet is 85000 per month and the lowest is unpaid. the college maintains a 100% placements every year, as for the final placemnets the process starts at same time, and much more companies come for placement.

the other colleges i have applied for were NL Dalmia, Wellingkar and Deakin University apart from VBS.
