What Students Say

Likes

Behaviour of teachers and there help nature I love the most .
Mess food is overall good. There is also lots of gardens.
There is no ragging in hostal and college and all seniors are helping

Dislikes

There is lots of assignments and work load
Walk up early morning for classes is very hactic
Dealing with incorporate teammates in project

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose electronics and communication engineering as we know that there is scope of both hardware platform and software engineer and I can easily switch my platform Teaching methods are old till now.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Several companies like amazon, flipkart, CRCD provide us a great opportunities in terms of placement and internship and also give stipend and hands on experience. Being a first year student don't know much about it.

Placement Experience

From 6th semester students are becoming eligible for campus placement Amazon , Infosys, IT sector company , wipro Highest package is 15Lpa and average package is 6Lpa In a class about 80 percent students are placed

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees is 140000 as a tution fees and hostel fees is 107000 including breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner Registration fees is 1000. There is no extra charge for lab. There is only exam fees charge

Campus Life

The are lots of technical festivals The range and accessibility of books and journals available in the library is extremely satisfied The facilities and technology in class is not so good much but not also bad

Hostel Facilities

There is double room and triple room only and the availability of double room is very less they provide bed and table chair In winter they also provide hot water supply No one can take cattle and and electrical appliances with themselves and if someone found with and fault there is high charge as a punishment

Hostel Fee: INR 107000 per year

Admission

I apply for NIT but I don't want core branch and I also fill form for ipu university but I don't prefer the college because of there less connection with company and being a girl 1st priority is safety

Faculty

The faculty and students relationship is great they are very helping in nature and polite expect some teachers who taught and go. There' are too many exams which done on monthly basis and also there are two mid semester exam in one semester

Night Life

Nightlife for girls is like jail. There is gym in girls hostel Cafeteria are close at 1 am Three is metro station which is 2km far from college It is safe but inside campus only and highly unsafe Even just outside the campus

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. Admission happens here through JEE MAINS and DIRECT ADMISSION as well For my course if you are general then you should have atleast 90+ percentile if you are from home state that is UP. Direct Admission happens on the basis of 12th result for CSE you need near around 90 percentage...Read More
