Course Curriculum Overview

4

There has been constant changes in the curriculum and exam pattern trying to focus on practical knowledge. Not completely yet there but yes the curriculum is changing and is ok so far no actual problems with that so far. They try to emphasis on actual practical knowledge. But there's still lot of scope for changes. And preparing for the exams is actually a big task can be hectic attimes.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have joined in b categoryfor mbbs in this college. And the yearly fee is 11.55 lakhs. While joining in the first year will have to pay tuition fee extra . Which is not required for further years. And fee for A category students is 60 k yearly plus the first year tuition fee. For C category it is around 23 lakhs

Campus Life

4

We have yearly fest, sports events and also celebrations for the festivals. The library has a wide variety of books that a student might need for that subject and also separate medical journals room. That can be accessed The class rooms have projectors, smartboard and even normal black board, classrooms have ACs. There are handful of sports events also taking place in the college like basketball, football, cricket and badminton during the sports fest.

Admission

There are few other colleges like mallareddy medical college and C. Ananda rao medical college that i got into and few other colleges that i could have got admission into but this college is ranked better within the colleges i had option to go for and it's relatively easy for me to travel. And the college seemed better than other colleges

Faculty

5

The faculty are good and approachable, they help out well when you reach them. And few of the faculty are good as they focus on the practical knowledge more than anything else. The exams are conducted on regular basis, and apart from regular exams we have internals for every 2-3 months and at the ending of the course offcourse the final exams. The exams are not too hard neither easy for that matter

Night Life

3

The gym have separate timings for males and females. The canteen is ok not the best, library is open till night and there are not much hangout spots in the campus but you can go on normal walks with friends within the campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is made according to our ability to grasp when we come out of our board exams. The first year might be considered a little touch but it in general is quite different and I personally enjoy studying it . Exams are a bit stressful but if a person has already studied then the tension gets distributed and it feels like nothing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum is so practical and there is a lot of real talk with the patients so we kinof improve our communication skills, knowledge and get the idea of real life circumstances that give us a reality check.the area of improvement must be needed while doing the posting and dissection study because not all the students can be able to see and hear because only 1 faculty is present while doing case studies.i think more weekly exams are needed so that we can be prepared for further coming entrance exams and prevent pre exam stress.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects of the curriculum thatade me choose this course is its vastness of knowledge about various aspects of human body, and how to treat the abnormalities that arise in the human body. And also my own willingness to treat the affected part of society. The curriculum, so far, makes us well prepared for facing the patients and helping them out with their problems. Improvement can be done in provision of proper equipment for the doctors and also provision of proper amount of doctors in the hospital to prevent overworking of present people. The exams held quite frequently, have been helpful and have been difficult but help us in finals. The timing too is good enough.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Kamineni medical college deal with competency based learning curriculum where they help us prepare since the beginning of the course all the vital habits that are required to grow in our field, medical field deals with patients and their problems which requires a lot of knowledge, patience, and guts. And doctor are equivalent to god's who holds an immense power to safe a life which motivated me towards my goal. In our curriculum we have Atecom module where they teach us ethics and attitude which help us to deal with our patients in our future, in this module they teach us empathy, sympathy, doctor patient relationship and few legal laws. And all these will develop our personality and help us be a good doctor for the society and coming to exams we have 3 internal exam along with practicals and a prefinal before final exams, and in between we have part completion test which help us track our performance. And ofcourse all the medical exams are difficult and require lot of hard work.
