balancing academics and skills is a real hardship, real picture of university

the curriculum is the worst, AKTU University is very outdated still following the syllabus of 1990s not useful at all in this fast-moving world of ai, The college itself doesn't put any effort into learning new things, some selective clubs are trying to do something better. curriculum only prepares ur towards ntg pure time waste, even if some teachers are trying to make u teach something new, students are not willing to. teaching method is good not use if the course curriculum is so bad. very less has been given for exams and the frequency is too much

College will give you summertime for second-year students for internships, you will be given 2-3 month time for an internship and submit the certificate tf it, college only offer paid internships so it is of literally no use, it's better for you to get an internship by your own, most of the students get internship with no pay or max 10K per month, there are 2 to 5 students whoa re able to creak internship of 1lac per month, you just need to get right skills. by 1 first 2 sem you should start building projects. AI bases projects are the best for this era

students become eligible for the placement from 6th sem onwards but most students sit in 7th sem and more than 40% of students secure placement in their 8th, college doesn't claim 100% placement percentage but more than 70% get placed and the highest package is 32LPA from CSE brunch and he placed in cyber security based company, avg package to be 7-8LPA and medium 5-6LPA and lowest 2.75LPA which is offered but no student accepted it . around 300 companies made offers and the majority of them are services and consulting companies only a few product-based and cyber security companies made offers which all are above 13LPA, try to get placed asap , if u want to clear the gate and do MTECH in IITs but I don't think so job market is ready for it. only if you are in electronics then doing MTech or PhD will help

The total fee for the general btech student for 5 years is around 490000 including security and library charges, u have to pay 7000 additional every year to Aktu as an examination fee. No private scholarships are available as this private college offers only UP govt scholarships. while some of the students get a complete tuition fee wavier as they applied through aktu counseling for it, for which u need a better percentile than others and a family income less than 8L. in up-base scholarship u will get 60K for general and around 90K for ST and Sc student, this is not a merit cum base scholarship it is based on family income, for general less than2L and for ST and SC less than 2.5L

until now i haven't seen any fest in college neither students are interested in fest, we see some technical competition once a month and nothing else, the campus is small sports is just ok,the social aspect is ok not good for sure, library is good, availability of books are good I m able to find the almost every book I search for. each classroom have two ac and a big 65-inch smartboard. sports are available but not properly. clubs are good but people are so frustrated idk why, student life is ok not too good but not bad u can live there and spend tym, u will get involved and make friends easily but u will not gonna enjoy it

i did choose this college above others due to its location, its near my house, butit have good connection with road andrapid as well.ig gusse joining btech college in ai era, anything below t1 college is pure waste of time and money, as we know that due to this ai many jobs are gonna be finish jsd is one of them, try get into top college

faculty of the first year is pretty good, they will support you. they are very approachable and very friendly if u visit them regarding your doubts most of them will help you and they are willing to conduct an extra class in lunch. relationship between students and teacher for first year is very positive but strictly to academics you cant expect them for ur personal problem or anything else. i would say chemistry and maths faculties are the best because they effectively resolve doubts and incorporate practical examples, pps is ok ok tbh. electrical and evs are ones which I don't like them, they are very rude and less accommodating, they tend to be very strict and unresponsive towards the student feedback exam for starting are easy but level will keep increasing and gap will keep decreasing

nightlife is good, the library will open 24/7 and cafeterias for 2 am which is more than enough and I have seen students playing sports till 10 and 11 pm and enjoying, the nightlife is good and security guards are everywhere and hostel timing is only for 1-year girls, they have to report before 7pm this is only for 1 years girls. there is no timing for a boy's hostel and a student can stay outside the campus for the whole night(only boys). you will find malls around it which are the only places to hangout if its day or night, you will find private rooms and Oyo near it for a stay
