- The infrastructure is pretty good compared to other colleges of AKTU.
- The campus is neat and clean. Proper sanitation is maintained in the entire campus.
- The professors are knowledgeable in their field and most of them are good at teaching.
Dislikes
- The campus is crowdy but college trys to manage it properly.
- Because of classes, you get less time to work on your skills.
- The attendance of every student should be more than 75% otherwise you are detained.
Course Curriculum Overview
They tried to make the course more relevant and industry based in autonomous system. But there are a lot of classes which gives you less time to work on your skills. The exams are not that difficult. Two mid-semester and one end-semestwr exams are conducted in each semester.
Internships Opportunities
The college made us to make make accounts in internshala and other platforms in first year. The are trying to focus more and more on internships and placements. But at the end it depends on your achievements and skills whether you get an internship or not.
Placement Experience
The placements are pretty average. The placement percentage is above 95% in my branch (CSE). The average package for CSE branch is around 7.5 lakh. In year 2024, near all students from ny branch were placed. The placements for other branches are pretty much same.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees of college is nearly 150000 anually. The fees is paid anually at the start of year.For students who got seat under fees waiver it is nearly 40000 anually. They have to also pay anually at the start of the year. The fees for complete B-tech course of any branch (CSE, IT, ECE, CSEAI etc) is nearly 600000 (only tution).
Campus Life
The campus is provided with all the basic facilities but is is a bit crowdy. Only one cultural fest takes place anually name EPOQUE. The library have enough books. The facilities are good and all classes are air conditioned. Sport facilities are good as well and there are a lot of tech and non-tech clubs.
Admission
I choose this college because of its infrastructure and according to me it was the best college I was getting at my rank. The admission in my college is taken through Aktu in which jee main percentile is considered.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 1 to 30. The faculty is a bit strict but most of them are supportive and helpful. The faculty that I liked the most is Dr.Sachin Kumar because he made every topic of calculus easy and understandable. Two mid-semester and an end semester exams are conducted in each semester. Also some small class tests are also taken.
Night Life
Since I am not a hostel student I can't say about college life inside campus. But outside campus, it is not good as there are not many places for friend to hangout. The road are also pretty busy. The locality is safe around at night.
