Likes

Teaching staff is very friendly and supportive.
Campus is also good. Boys hostel is good as compared to girls hostel.

Dislikes

Crowd is not very good. Boys ratio is very much as compared to girls.

Course Curriculum Overview

There is a subject named IOT for students which is very helpful. We make projects in IOT which helps us to learn about so many new things. Exams are not very difficult overall we can say exams are moderate.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement is not that much good. Yes, companies visit college for interviews. But only few students get selected. You have to prepare yourself very much for interviews. Some students also got good placements. But percentage of getting placement from college is only 30-40%

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees-70000 IOT fees-20000 You have to submit 90000 for first three years and then in 4th year you have to submit 70000 only. You will also get concession in your 1st semester fee according to your 12th marks. There is different fees structure for students for J&K

Campus Life

Campus life is very good. College also take students on industrial visits which helps us to know more about our field. Library is in very good condition. Sports and extracurricular activities are also conducted time to time. There is no permanent club . When they need a group for social activities temporary groups are made.

Admission

Fees is very affordable in this college as compared to other private colleges. This college come under M.D University which is very good university. Admission process is very simple you just have to visit college or visit their site and apply for admission. There is no interview or written exam for admission.

Faculty

Faculty is very good and friendly. Exams are conducted in every 6 months . Exam level differs from subject to subject. Checking of exams is a bit strict because exams are checked in MDU. So many students also get re- appear in many subjects.

Night Life

There is gym in boys hostel. Library closing timings is same as college timings which is 4pm. Hostel timings for girls is 8pm and for boys is 10pm. You can play basketball, volleyball or football after your classes.There is only few places near college to visit.

at mdu btech cse students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards pre placements talks aptitude tests and technical interviews in terms of companies tcs wipro infosys tech mahindra hcl accenture and capgemini have visited the campus in recent years some smaller startups and local it firms avergae package is 3-4 lakh and highest pacakge is 10-20 lakh on average about 55-65% of students from cse manage to get placed

My Honest Review of Starex

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college start from the 7th semester with the companies like Infosys , TCS , Wipro and Deloitte visiting . The highest package offered is around 18 LPA , while the avg pacakage is 5 to 7 lpa . About 80% of student get places in 7th sem in roles like software Developer , analyst , and Engineer. The placement cell provides good training , and my plan is to begin my carees through campus placements.

We are the last batch of b.tech who studied under c scheme which was quiet tough based on old industrial uses . But now new D scheme is applied under which more engaging and advaned study of subjects are involved which is requirement of industry. The exam process was quiet tough now it is improved.

From 3rd year onwards students are eligible to sit in the interviews for placement in companies So many companies visit our clg I can't clarify their names more than 700 placements were made every year Highest package of 64.13 lakh in 2025 and an average package of 14.84 lakh in 2025 Approx 75 percent students get placed during the college years in different fields

Reality of NIT kurukshetra

Placement Experience:

The placement of nit kurukshetra is very good but it come little down in recent time. From 6 sem you are eligible for campus placement. There are various companies visited here like Microsoft, google, JP Morgen, Amazon etc the number pf offers are 604 . The highest package is about 64.80lakh and average package is 9 lakh overall for all bremch. The percentage pf student getting placed is 75 percent. My plan is to doing MBA in fiance after graduation.

Nit kurukshetra is the best

Course Curriculum Overview:

As it very hard to get into the nit by jee as only 5% of students only get into. Curriculum is same as the other colleges in India but you get good exposure to people in the college you get to know like minded people.

I also applied to GGSIPU but could not take addmission as I didn't pay much attention to that. I got around 320 rank. I couldn't give cuet due to some issues so I couldn't apply for more colleges . The main reason to chose GITAM is because of the low fee structure and it being around my home city. My college accept DRCC so most of the students are from Bihar but for me I took scholarship exam which got 70% off in first year. The Most Comprehensive Review of GITAM

I gave CUET but did not apply to other colleges mainly because I did not have mathematics or IP in +2. So I was not elegible for most of the colleges around Delhi. This college allows students from all backgrounds to take admission. Also, it's at a reasonable distance from Delhi, so everyday commuting can be done. Also, the fees of this college was very affordable compared to other colleges. The admission process in my time was not super established.
