Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum at isl engineering college is well structured covering fundamental topics and effectively In terms of Comprehensiveness teh syllabus is detailed and ensures step by step learning The exam system is fair with internal assessments and end of semistar exams It was a strong curriculum but updating content and increasing industry is the most important thing for students today
Fees and Financial Aid
They took 12000 as an admission fee for 4 years, 2000 per semistar for 8 semisters. I got 35000/year i.e my yearly fee as scholarship. Fee was affordable but the didn't compromise anything if your attendence is less than 75 percent you need to pay 2000 as the Condonation fee.
Campus Life
Campus life at ISL engineering college was lively with cultural events, tech fests and extracurricular activities. The social environment was friendly. The infrastructure was well maintained with spacious classroom, labs and sports facilities . Overall a good balance of academic and student life with room for improvement
Admission
I chose isl engineering college for its affordable , good faculty and Decent Placements Comparison:- Faculty and course:- good but less industry focus than top colleges Placements:- decent but could improve Infrastructure:- well maintained but lacks advanced facilities Admission process:- Simple and merit based with the entrance exam called as EAMCET. Documents verification was smooth
Faculty
I had a balanced experience at isl engineering college Faculty and teaching quality:- The faculty members at isl engineering college were high experienced in their respective fields Course structure:- The cource structure is well maintained and follows university guidelines. It covers core subjects however it was a little bit outdated hope it will improve in the future Exam system and marking scheme:- Internal marks:- 30 percent based on 2 internal exams per semistar which was 25 each and 5 marks for 5 assessments = 30 marks End semister exam:- 70 marks theory based external exam conducted twice a year in 2 semistar Practical exam and projects:-some projects required lab work, viva or final year project for evaluation
Interview Experience
No, the admission was merit based with selection through entrance exam and no group discussion or interview was required it was not a top college and it was very affordable for every they were providing good learning opportunity for everyone
Night Life
Nightlife is limited with fewer cafe and food joints nearby . Occasional college events some fun. For better options students visit pista house restraunt and sometimes students gather at a playing group for some sports
