Course Curriculum Overview
The circulum is as per the modern requirements but blended with basic older methods. The CT's after 1 or 2 units help u to complete the stress load on that particular at the end. Atleast 1 exam or assignment per subject will there for a month
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fee is of ?275000 per year and admission fee will be 10,0000 per whole course. The course I have choose is ECE so it is worthy rate but for CSE slightly expensive costing around 475000 per year and registration fee remains same
Campus Life
The overall campus life is very energetic and vibrant. Although the night life is prohibited outside hostel, the amount of time which is allowed gives a great relaxation . They are many clubs for sports as well as other extra curricular activities. Also some technical clubs for academic stuff
Hostel Facilities
They are specific wooden study tables for each person in the room of hostel. Hostel contains 2,3,4 sharing rooms which might contain attached washroom or common washroom. Hostel booking is through portal which is on first come first serve basis. The girls hostels are also of same pattern along with a supermarket for purchance of emergency items.
Admission
I have applied for VIT UNIVERSITY, Gitam University. I chose SRM University over these is because of exposure to the culture and also placement . The eligibility criteria is u have to get a rank in SRMjee exam and also have a 60 percentage of marks in boards of. Either MPC or bipc.
Faculty
The facultys allotted are very nice and good skill set of teaching. Problem arises when the behaviour of students is not as per guidance. Teaching and lab facilities are very good. But some of the required equipment are not so good. There will be 3 CT's which are considered as internal. And 1 semester end exam for a credit course
Night Life
They are many cafeteria and open gym also a specific gym for more requirements. There is a 4 floor library which contains vast number of books The intime for girls hostel is 6:30 pm and boys hostel is 9:00pm. Famous hangout places are slice of life and Java canteen
