Likes
- Campus is greenery, which is needed to be best campus. Maintaining plants and trees specially in Bengluru is not a joke,so i liked the campus most as i like to be in the middle of green.
- The college provides many facilities like central library, well-ventilated classrooms, well-equipped computer laborataries, department library, parking facilities are good.
- The library is maintained well, and the labs are well equipped in all branches.
Dislikes
- Year by year condition got worse and now no on campus placements, only some pool drives that too again for tech support kind of roles.
- I had seen some faculties who can't solve the problems of students regarding the syllabus.
- And same faculty maintaining 2 to 3 subjects because of low number of faculties.
Course Curriculum Overview
As i mentioned i got this college from KCET course, after confirmed this college i had researched and got to know that the college is not that much bad, as we should put efforts to get placements. In practical labs and faculties in main subject should be improve as it is required to be the best college of engineering. During exams and internals we will get sufficient time to complete the paper, in the view of timings students are happy.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees is 1,20000 also yearly hostel fees is 80000. Tuition fess is 10,000 as I got seat through CET, college fees is 10000 and government fess is 1,14000. Register fees 100. Admission fees 800. Development fees 2000, it will be included in tuition fees. Other compulsory charges like exam fees and cultural fees as per program conduct. other categories like SNQ quota students will be having 30000 fees for both government and college fees. SSP Scholarships are available in this college.
Campus Life
There will be yearly fest called Sambhramotsava which is celebrate grandly and full of entertainment. There will be some other festivals are celebrated as other students are studying here. In every class we can see the smart board to explain by the live pictures, and we can get the all types of books in the library. Sports will be conducted every year, and the spirit will be high. Many students are started thier own youtube channels to explore our college.
Admission
I appplied most of engineering colleges in Bengaluru, my priority was based on course not about the college. First i got seat in UBDT government college in Davanagere, but i was not happy with the ciurse which i got, so i took other chance to get the course which i liked to do. Admission process was held by governtment as this college is under VTU, students are admitted through KCET, comedk, and also through management.
Faculty
The ratio between students and faculty, faculty are more less as compared to needed faculties. The teaching methods are fantastic, and the course teachers take us for the industry exposure. In our college, the teachers are students friendly, the way they teach, the way they response makes the student work every day. Persanolly i liked Madhu rai madam, she is more active in the college and look all students need and guide in a excellent way. Exams will be sem wise and the number of subjects based on course, there will be 2 internals per sem, exams and internals are conducted strictly. Failing students are very low compare to passing studnts, here students study themself, so exams wouldn't feel that much tough.
Night Life
In girls and boys hostel we can see gym, and around the campus we can see 2 canteens, which is sufficient for students. Campus will close at 5 and hostel will close at 7 in the evening. Inside the campus we can see the fish fountain and beautiful places to see in the campus, and we can see thet many serial and movies are shooted inside the campus. As the college in the middle of official area students can roam in the night without any fear.
