Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course now follows a the new education policy which includes relevent subjects and knowledge according to time but it is still not as enough as morden times and the student must learn on his own to stand atop the crowd.

Internships Opportunities

2

internship opportunities which are college provided are old and unpaid and paid ones are very rare.the students should work on their own and search for internships online on their own because college is not serious about internships.

Placement Experience

3

placements are quite mid here but students who develop themselves according to the changing time get a decent on campus placement and off campus placements are also good due to its alumni base, if you dont get on campus placements you can apply off campus and due to alumni base you can get good opportunites.

Fees and Financial Aid

For the first year tuition fee is 75000.Other charges are of 22000 and all the charges make a total of 135000 and hostel fee is 29000 mess fee is 36000.for second to fourth year it remains constant as 129000 with hostel fee of 24000 and mess fee as 18000. The fee is increasing for every new freshmen year.

Campus Life

2

The campus life is normal the campus does not have a very great infrastructure but area is quite large but it does not have specific audiotorium of its own nor good cafes its just an old college with open area.there are some fests which can grow your social involments but they are also not that great.Clubs are good and provide good opportunites.

Hostel Facilities

1

Hostels are very old and quite packed.here for first years there are two floors on the hostel the ground floor has rooms for one person only but now they reside two students in those rooms and upper floor has four students sharing a room for 3 person.the buildings are not strong and mess food is also of low quality.

Admission

This was a state government college and the other colleges i applied to were private and it also has a very great alumni base. the college provides greater opportunities as compared to private colleges. I did not have enough rank to get into a better government college. The admission process is quite simple just register on the counselling portal and when you are alloted with a seat just come for physical reporting.

Faculty

3

The first years are taught by guest faculties who are linient but from second year students are taught by subject specialists professors who are strict and not very interactive. Btech has 8 semesters where in first year all the students from all the branches are taught same subjects with one core subject of their branch in each semester. Each year has 2 semster and each semester has 2 examinations which are mid sem and endsem, The marking scheme is pretty similar to schools just some adjustments are there according to the subjects and faculties.

Interview Experience

2

no there was no group discussions or interview for admission.WE just had to apply on the counselling portal and we get allotment according to JEE mains rank. When seat is alloted there is physical reporting and we have to submit our documents.

Night Life

1

the college nightlife is normal as it does not have any good infrastructure and around the college is not that populated so the nightlife is mid.first years cannot enjoy night life as there is restriction of time in hostels till 7 PM only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
