Course Curriculum Overview

Theory wise the course curriculum is best but for practical there are very less lab equipment which does not help in development of skills every professor get fixed amount of lecture in which he have to complete it

College institution phase 46180 college miss fees 15000 per semester and college hostel fees 10000 per year Examination fee to be submitted to AKTU through Online which 7680 pupil with income certificate get scholarship

Campus Life

Thier I sno annula technical festival their are some clubs which organise some events and extra circular activities Their is also library present which have good amount ph course books releted to engineering

Hostel Facilities

Our hostel rooms are pretty much bigger than any other hostels wifi facility is also available Meal quality is average their is menu set for everyday for three time breakfast lunch and dinner and evening we gat chai or coffee

Admission

I have given jee and because of high rank I thought this college will be best because it is government college In f1st round of counselling I get this college And admission process is very simple it is better then other college because it administration is lenient in fee

Faculty

Mostly Electrical faculty are phd from good iit college their understanding to subject is phenomenal student to teacher ratio is slightly equal Their are to class test of 15 marks each in every semester and then end semester happen of 100 marks at University level

Night Life

Library facilities is only available during college time from 9 a.m to 5 p.m their is no gym and cafeteria their is no restriction or timing for boys for hostel but for girls their is time after which they are not allowed

The course feels a bit dated in 2026, and the University needs to update it in 2026 with the new AI modern tools coming. Apart from the course, I was also involved in social media activities in different internships and i learned a lot over there.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good here . Generally most of the comapnies that come here are for SDE roles but also many for consulting and DS roles . Students generally dont prefer the core roles so there are less companies visit for core jobs . Talking abt my course the highest package was 51 lakh by microsoft and the average was around 18 lakh . For the aollege highest package was around 1.6 cr. Around 1000 offers have been given for 252 profiles . In this 280 offers were PPO for final year student. Average CTC for whole college was 29.23 LPA. Around 80 percent of students get placed . Some people go for higher studies , some go for civil services .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exams is fine but timings and schedules are but hectic with no leaves and continuous exams even two exams in a day sometimes . Well some of the courses are relevant and prepare students for the real world circumstances

On the campus placement is good like if you have capability you can make throw it and they provide almost 3 to 4 lakh average salary and Anam I will say and highest package I have seen was 23 lakhs and 49 lakhs from a college and companies like Wipro TCS Amazon and HDFC and many other companies have came this year for placement and like we have a good placement cell and PDP and training classes

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is good as in core branches, most of the students get placements on-campus, infact these years good freshie paying scale company for core companies did visit the company and most of the IT sector companies also offer good packages. The average package is 5.5 lakhs. For ECE, Vivo, Kuka robotics, Ericsson and blauplug visited the college. I'm not really much aware about other branch's companies

Placement Experience:

1) students become eligible for placements from 7th semester onwards. 2) many companies visit our college like asbl,shl,deloitte,infosys,hcl tech , To the new and many startup based companies 3) highest package on campus was around 14 lpa and average package was around 4-4.5 LPA. 4) around 600-700 students got placed out of 1100 students. 5) my plan is to do masters.

REC Bijnot is a good place for Technical Education.

I have applied for iit but didn't get admission there due to low score in jee advanced. I have gotted rejection from there becauss i didn't get such marks to get admission there. The admission in this college is done on the badis of marks of jee mains and the rank is very low. If you get rank between 3 lakhs in jee you can easily get the admission there...Read More
