Decent College if your rank is not good.

Likes

The campus is small but clean and well maintained.
The faculties are good. But, you may not get good response from some of the faculties.
The infrastructure of the college is good. But, the hostel facilities are average.

Dislikes

The college campus area is very small and restricted.
The Mess food is average and not very good.
The hostel facilities are also average. But, now these are getting improved.

Placement Experience:

The Training & Placement cell works for the placement of the students. Some of the companies visit for the on-campus placement. If you are good at studies and have good technical and soft skills will get the offer. The average package is not very handsome but you'll get a good amount. Generally, final year students are eligible for campus placements. You may apply for the off-campus opportunities and get a very good package. Many students also prepare for GATE and other government exams.

Likes

There is lack of facilities in It department and also in civil department
The college is surrounded by plant and very clean environment near college
The Hod of electrical department is very supportive in nature

Dislikes

Market is very far from college location
There is lack of vehicle that used to go market
Hostel are not well maintained by warden of boys hostel

There are 4 or 5 club in college which name are Jagriti club Cultural club Fine arts club Aspiring club . In college there is a football is also present for students and also vollyball court in college

REC Bijnot is a good place for Technical Education.

Likes

The labs are well equipped with new generation computers. And also their availability of gou based computers.
There are a lot of technical club and cultural club in the college, i jave associated with the technical clubs.
The most faculty are well experts and from IITs. Faculties are very supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Placement facility is not provided by college.
Hostel conditions are very bad. They need to be maintenance.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester student become eligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS, Wipro, accentute is visiting college before 2023 . fromn2024 no companirs visited the college. In 2024 placement is almost 0%. I planed ro eun my own startup after getting the degrees.

Likes

Hostel rooms they are 2 occupancy rooms and are in good condition
Big and spacious class rooms with proper seating
Security given to the girls is very hight class

Dislikes

College doesn't take any responsibility for placements
No proper play round for students to play games

Placement Experience:

Very bad placement less then 30% students are placed From the 7 semester students are eligible for campus placements In 2024 none of the company visited to campus The highest package this year was 6.5 LPA Only 30% students get placed this year

My Genuine Review about best REC college.

Likes

The campus is small but beautiful. Greenery is the main attraction.
Faculty of my course is really good .I hv met many great guides that actually help me in study.
Location of the college is in outers which gets u away from the pollution and noises of city..

Dislikes

Hostels are a bit of problematic because of the politics of the warden and supervisor here.
The location of the campus is in outers which can be a bit of tension because only thing that connects the town nd campus is a underdeveloped road.
Administrative and the office workers are a bit lazy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have heard about the faculties through the ex students so I make my mind to opt for this college and electrical specially for this course I hv choosen it because of the intrest and attraction of the jobs it produces.

Mostly Electrical branch professor are iitians

No fest or freshers and extra circular activities

Course Curriculum Overview:

Theory wise the course curriculum is best but for practical there are very less lab equipment which does not help in development of skills every professor get fixed amount of lecture in which he have to complete it

College interesting facts

Likes

College environment is very good free from pollution
Very well trained teacher for doing PhD from iits
Market place is not far away from the college

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not more good and not a good hostel infrastructure t
Mess food is very poor as compared all other recs
Sports facilities are not good and not more accesories to play.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My opinion to say that civil engineering is good in college some perspective. The civil hod is supportive and motivating to the students. The improvement areas is that civil labs and autocad labs. The timing to exam is 3 hours for semester exam and ct for 1 hour.

Likes

75% attendance is compulsory but facility gives some relaxation
Facility are very supportive for students
Basic facilities are not available in the college

Dislikes

Campus is very small so there is no engagement in campus
There is no wifi facility present in hostel.
Placement in the college is very low. Company not preferred to come for campus placement

This course is a 4 year course divided into 8 semester. Each semester has 3 exam in which one exam is major and other two are minor exam. I choose this course to become electrical engineer. My passion for electric car

The whole infrastructure is decent but also need for some upgradation mainly in hostels !
Yes the social instructions is very much good !
Faculties are also good and their teachings are ver much decent !

No specific grounds for the college !!!
Not good conditions of the hostels bathrooms !
There are no placements much in this college !

Course curriculum is overall good and up to date with new technologies also. Teachers are also indulge for new technologies to work on with the students but exams copy checking are liitle bit strict !
