Likes
- They have Centre of Excellence lab (COE Lab) which is best. In this they have many Labs Installed like AWS, IOS, CISCO etc.
- They have a Personality Development Programme for their students, Mentors from renowned institute joins to take mentorship.
- Faculties are very motivating, They keeping pushing students to do something big.
Dislikes
- Actually since campus is far away from cities that can bring problem to Day Scholars.
- Infrastructure is just average. Not very fascinating.
- I don't like uniform, so dress code is something I disliked.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this college over other because of a decent placement ratio and a calm campus life and no strict and pressurized environment. Faculty teaching is also decent.There is also an INCUBATION for Startup and Ideas. Btech. is giving the opportunity to deal with tech, AI and become an engineer contributing towards Indian growth in TECH.
Placement Experience
Student become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Last year around 35-40 good companies visisted the campus and around 70% of the students got placed. Highest package of last year was 49LPA in Microsoft which was offcampus. On campus it was 11LPA at SDE Position. My Plan after getting a degree is getting hike in my job role till i reach a satisfactory income.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly Btech CSE fees is 1,20,000. Total Btech. Fees is 5,20,000. There is a Merit based Scholarship which is awarded to student with outstanding performances. There is also an Exam fees of 7,500 every year.
Campus Life
They have a annual fest named UDGHOSH which is a 2 day event involving Dance, Singing, Poetry, Art, Debate, Nukkad Natak, etc. and following day there is a celebrity night. This event is hosted near about in June. College also has a big library with variety of Books ranging from Fiction to Non Fiction, Magazine and Newspaper. Each class in college has Projectors, AC, and a step-up seating criteria. College offers many outdoor and indoor sports, There is also a sports fest clubbed with Udghosh to make it even more special. There is a college technical club NEXTECH which keeps hosting good events in College making college life awesome.
Hostel Facilities
There are majority 3 seater room in Hostels, Food is of average quality, Breakfast is Decent enough with Tea and Milk served. There is variation in food menu everyday. Also many a times there is also a sweet in Dinner. Hostel fees is 1,00,000 for 3 Seater room. There are many PG and Hostel located in Pari Chowk and Jagat Farm.
Admission
I wasn't into exams after my 12th, I just wanted a college where i can join and get a CSE degree. I was passionate in exploring more in Tech. So, I took Direct Admission in this college. This college was favourable because it had Hostel. I directly came to college fill the fees acquired the seat in Hostel. By the way, they also accept students on the basis of JEE score through AKTU Counselling.
Faculty
Faculty is good. Fcaulty are doing the great job, They are well qualified for their job, Mostly are prusing pHD. SOME ARE ACTUALLY VERY SENIOR AND EXPERIENCED. They design curriculum according to which there will be exams within 2 months and there is one Pre-university exam before main Sem Exam. Exam has a marking scheme which is of total 50 marks and time given is of 3 hours.
Night Life
There is a GYM in Hostel accessible only to hostel students with Closing time of 9 PM, There are 2 cafeteria in Campus with closing time 9.30PM, 1 Library which has many reading rooms and closing time is 7.00PM and 9.00Pm during exam hours. Hostel and Campus timing is Morning 6.00 AM to Night 10.00PM. Campus is safe, with CCTV around whole campus. Hangout spots are cafeteria or college ground.
