Likes

It's a good environment in the college and spacious classrooms
There is no sort of ragging all the seniors are super friendly
Good teaching staff they help in all fields

Dislikes

No proper management for the events and attendance for the students taking part

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I have taken is a new branch in computer science and its the future so that's the reason I took this course and the college also train us well with the new software and coding systems. Exams are one in 6 months so it's not a big deal

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We had intership every year it was a good initiative to get us used to the corporate world from the very first beginning. On the first year we had a internship on the historic monumental research. In the second year we had intership in the company.

Placement Experience

Campus selections are available companies like TCS,wipro and many more come to our college do the campus selection the highest package was 1,25,000 and the lowest was 55,000 almost more than half of the students get placed during the campus selections and the rest by the end of the course get a job

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for my course through cet is 90000 and if you come through management then the fees structure changes. There are scholarships for the students available on the vtu portal and they can check there availability.

Campus Life

The college has a good infrastructure a big ground to conduct various events they even allow us to play Holi after the college hours took part in the fashion show and sports day was also good as we played as a team Sand everyone is allowed to participate in various events

Admission

I got my admission through the entrance exam cet and which ever college I get I had to take admission there it self or else I would have to go through management which costs more than the cet seat and which course I want I got that in this college so took the admission

Faculty

The faculty in college are good and helping nature if you cooperate with them and there are total 8 semesters each sem consists of 6 theory exams and 2 lab exams it's pretty easy to pass but to score marks it's a bit tough

Night Life

There are many things surrounding our college Good spots to hangout with friends and there's a gym inside the campus to workout the hostels closing time is 9.30pm. The environment and area around our college is very safe

Academic Curriculum- they constantly upgrade the subjects which needs to be taught
Labs - very well equipped labs for all branches.
You can choose to drop a lab and do it in winter break or summer break

Dislikes

very less holidays only 3rd saturday is holiday and they dont give holidays for jayantis and all
Auto drivers near the college. this is pure daylight robbery

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

I have been from diploma background, after diploma I joined this course as later entry (direct admission to 2nd year). In diploma also, I have studied the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. As I know the basic concepts about this course, it is easy for me now to understand the concepts.

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time
Good infrastructure with well equipped labs, library, sports
Adds extra curricular activities like teaching AI and other trending topics in college

Dislikes

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good
Hostel food is not that great and needs improvement in the quality of food
Thought schedule everyday hard to cope up with everything

Good the teachers find the best ways to make the subject interesting and teach us in the most interesting way they will help the weak students to feel the subject as a cake walk and help all the students out in the same way

Infrastructure is well established and good
Security for Students is very high and no ragging
Food is very good and feels like a restaurant

Dislikes

Lack of events and only the educational events
Only one playground for cricket and also remaining
security are very rude but some are bit friendly

Placement Experience:

Yes our college provide placements, from final year that is 7th semester they will allow for placements, Many companies visited our college like tcs, Cognizant, indegene, microland etc and average package is 400000 and highest is 1500000 it given by oracle, Nearly 60 percent students got that is either in both technical and non technical jobs, my plans to join a IT company

Campus Life and Social Interaction : Vibrant campus Life : The campus offer a dynamic environment with multiple student clubs , technicals societies , cultural fests ,and sports events students engaage in regular extracurricular activities.
Faculty Experience and Mentorship : Experienced faculty : The faculty at SVIT is often described as appreciable , knowledge, and supportive . professors are well - versed in there respective fields ,and many have industrial experience .
Placement support : Strong placement record: SVIT hasa good placement record ,with many students securing in top - tier companies like TCS , Wipro , Accenture, Infosys,. The college guidence through placement offers traning .

Dislikes

Collaborative Environment : Group project and assignment is core elements of curriculum with many course designed to involve group work and collaborative projects.
Cultural Activities : Are not celebrated more in semister
Collaborative learning : Communication barrier in larger teams especially working with different backgrounds or academic disciplines.

Placement Experience:

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . On average , around 80-85% of eligible students get placed in good companies.

Less fees but wonderful knowledgeful experience

Likes

Hostel food. Rooms facility. Library. Canteen.
Caretaking, cleanliness, education, laboratories

Dislikes

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

Best location of college in the silicon valley of India

Conditions of hostels and mess is not good
Teachers and professors are not good in explaining concepts to students

Placement Experience:

From the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placemets.Many companies visit the campus including Oracle, UI path, etc offering students interships and full time jobs.The highest package offered to the student is 50 lakh per annum from UI Path and the average package of CSE branch is around 10lakh. Nearly 93% of students are placed in various companies.My plans after graduation is to grab a good on campus placement and look forward to my other goals in my life.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.

I have taken admission this year in BTI. They took admission through management with very low fees - 3.7 lakh four years. And teaching is also good. This college have good laboratory facility , library and Wi-Fi. No need to buy book for study, they will provide you books and other facility. Good campus with peace environment with open areas. This college is not in main city but it is good for student who are facing problem to get admission in banglore. I will recommend to join this college. This college is amazing. All college have very much fees but this college has very low fees with good education. So guys go and visit ones time this college and join if you want .
