Andhra University - Making Memories along with studies

The reason that I have joined the course is because this course will have a lot of opportunities in the future. The course will have placements and also the site works.The course will help to get government jobs after completion.

There are some companies which offered internship for my college. This year last month BIS Hyderabad ,Delhi offered an internship with 20000 stipend for 4 weeks for 8 students from our department. NHAI Complany is also offers an internship with 9000 stipend.

From 6th semester the students will be eligible for campus placements. Recently I heard some of the below companies who approached for my seniors and they are: LNT JSW TCS TECHNOOK CORAMANDAL INFOSYS etc The highest package is 600000 per year and the lowest package is 200000 per year Nearly 60 percent of students are getting placed form out college My plan is to pursue MTech in my core course

The year wise fees I am paying is tution fees,hostel fees and also mess fees.The tution fees I pay every year is 39500 and hostel fees is 4250 also the examination fees I pay for each semester is 900. The fees for other categories of my batchmates is also same like me. But my seniors and my juniors will be having difference in paying the fees

I am really enjoying the campus life so far that is nearly 3 years. There are many events that held since I joined like Department days,Ethnic day,Access day, Inauguration days,Flashmob and many more. There is a Library in our University which have all types of books and journals which will help the students in many ways. Technological provisions in our college is really Awesome.The classrooms are having projectors for PPT presentation and also there are AC classrooms as seminar balls. Sports is a major activity which is supported by our University.There will be many tournaments which will be conducted in our own university. Both indoor and outdoor sports are there in our college. There is an A-HUB in Our college which will have different types of clubs, Student run social groups. There are many student heads according to the clubs.

Our hostel room is provided with 2 fans and 2 tube lights along with a charging plug point.The beds are provided with lockers for safety.The room will also have cupboard for keeping belongings. Menu of meals is tiffins, afternoon lunch and dinner Tiffins are: Monday -Utthappam Tuesday -Idly Wednesday -Dosa Thursday -mysoor bonda Friday-Dosa Saturday -Poori And afternoon lunch and dinner menu is 2 days chicken is provided and 3 days egg is provided and remaining days vegetable curries of different types are provided. The quality is so good. Hostel fee and mess fee is so affordable and FRS is there for hostel.

I applied for less colleges because I am prepared in beforehand for joining this college.Because I am willing to join this course in this University only so I applied this in my 1st priority and then I applied GVP college of engineering and also Anits college of engineering and GMR college of engineering. Admission process is I joined through APCET exam. I attended for allotment before joining and paid the admission fee .

The faculty in the University are so good. I didn't expect this much of interaction from Faculty because they are really so cared about their students.They respond so well and also we can an immediate response from them which I loved the most. The best faculties in my department is 1) K.Srinivasa Rao Sir 2) T.V. Praveen Sir 3) K. Rambabu Sir(HOD) 4) M.G.Muni Reddy sir The reason I like them is they are really so down to earth and the way they interact with student's and teach students is so good I don't have any such faculty that I don't like because all are good in their respective specializations . For each year there will be 2 semisters.For each semester there will be 2 mid examinations. Ofcourse the exams are difficult if we don't prepare for it and if we prepare then it will be easy. The course curriculum is so good. The syllabus will be completed in time before the semister and the same with the labs. Each semester will be having 3 or 4 labs and each lab will have 2 exams. One is internal exam and another one is external exam .The total score for the lab exams is 100 marks. The lab faculty is so good and talented.They explain the students so well and will make the students learn each and every thing in detail. Each lab will have a Faculty who will be taken care throughout that semister and conduct exams. The faculty will take care each and every aspect throughout the lab .The faculty in the college is so dedicated that they handle both regular based classes and also the lab related issues. Coming to exams,there are less people who will strive to pass in the exams.The reason may be because of lack of their preparation. The students who study well for the exams will definitely get a good score and also can top the class. As a Student I have experienced 5 semesters till now and the question paper setting is so good which will include all type of questions like tough ones,easy ones and the moderate questions.So it is easy to pass the exam

My favourite hangout spot is Canteen where there will be lot of varieties to eat. Also I love to spend time in gymnasium where badminton and table tennis courts are available and major amount of people will daily go there to improve their games. Late night in hostel is a great experience for me. We celebrate birthday parties,new year parties etc in hostel which I love most where we can make more memories. Campus timings is morning 9 to evening 4. Hostel closing time is evening 7. Hangout places inside college is Civil gallery and canteens all around the college. Hangout places outside the college is RK beach,CMR central,Kailash giri and ISKCON temple and many more.
