- I Appreciate that the college provides a friendly environment and supportive faculty especially for students who are willing to learn.The fee structure is affordable which is a big advantage.However the college needs imporovment in placement options
- My engagement with campus life has been decent,with participation in technical events,fests and cultural activities.Social interactions are good,and students can build strong connections but overall campus activity could be more dynamic.
- The faculty are qualified and approachable with some having strong subject knowldge and explaining concepts early.However,teaching methods are often more theoretical and students need to put extra effort for practical understanding
Dislikes
- I Did not like the placement opportunities in the college,as most of companies visiting are mass recruters with average salary pacakges,There are very limited core paying jobs which are very tough
- I Also Found that campus life is somewhat limited.Although there are few events and fests,they are not conducted frequently,and overall student engagement could be improved
- Some labs need better equipment and maintainance,There is no singnal inside the college
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course for job scope and future growth It has both theory and lab work It also give basic tech skills The course gives good base knowldge. But real world skills are less in class We must learn extra skills on our own More practical work is needed in class Add real projects and live training Teaching should be more easy and clear There are 2 mid exams in each sem. Final exam is at end of sem. Level is medium,easy if we study.

Companies like TCS,wipro,Infosys Roles like intern,tester,support Some startups also gie chances Stipend is low or sometime none. Range is about 15k to 30k permonth Depends on company and role Projects on web dev and apps Also basic data and ML tasks. Mini and major projects done Build simple sites and apps Work on coding and testing tasks Use tools like Java and Python Learn real work and team skills Improve coding and problem solve Helps for jobs and future growth

Students are eligible from 6th sem for placement Main drives start in 7th sem Some early drives also happen Companies like TCS,Wipro visit. Also Infosys and Tech Mahindra Offers are average in number Highest package is around 6-8 LPA. Average package is 3-4 LPA. Most roles are IT and support jobs Around 40 to 60 percent placed More Non it Related Less i core branches I Plan to get a good IT job. Also improve my coing skills Or go for higher studies later

Campus Life
Tech fest and clutural fest held. Mostly done in Feb or March Events help in fun and learning Library has good range of books Covers core and basic subjects Easy access for all students Rooms have boards and projectors Labs have basic systems and tools Tech is good but can improve Sports like cricket and volleyball Also indoor games are there Students can join and take part some clubs for tech and culture Students run and take part in them They help in skills and bonding
Admission
I Applied to few local engg colleges I Got seat in SRK and one other college I chose SRK for low fees and near place I did not get top college due to rank My entrance exam score was average So I missed high demand colleges Fees is less when compared to others College is near to my home location Basic study and labs are good here Admission is through APEcet exam Students need 10+3 with Diploma Subjects Seat is given based on rank and choice AP ECET is most used exam here cutoff is medium,not very high process is simple and smooth overall
Faculty
The Faculty at SRK Institute of tech are good and helpful.The faculty Student ratio is 1:15 to 1:20,so doubt clearing is possible.The bond between staff and students are friendly Some teachers teach very well and make topics easy to learn.They give clear notes and helps in labs and projects.They also guide students for exams and skills
Night Life
Students sit in canteen and open areas Also spend time near campus spots Outside cafes and food stalls are popular Canteen and library close by evening No late night access in campus Public areas also close early I Did not Live in a hostel But I know Timings Hostel in time is around 9am-10pm Late entry is not allowed campus entry is restricted at night Night life is very limited here Area is safe in day time Avoid late night roaming alone Students relax with friends daily Talk,Play,and use free time Helps in bonding and stress relief
