Course Curriculum Overview

4

It has a major role in community overall wellbeing, it deals with the health, education and well-being of the people. My curriculum prepares me for real world applications as it emphasizes mostly on the clinical based approach training with real patients which helps in real scenerios. Certain areas can be improved such as giving more time for preparation and reducing workload on students Exams occur approximately every 2-3 months and depends on the year of study. They are mostly moderately difficult.

Internships Opportunities

5

After the completion of course 1year compulsory internship in mandatory for every student at college hospital. Each student is issued a stipend of 18000rs per month by the college. It helps to gain practical experience to the students and gives interaction with real world.

Fees and Financial Aid

My yearly fee is 115000 per year, it is same for me for all the years. It increases by 10000 for every next batch Tution fee is 105000, caution fees is 5000 , registration, development and admission fees is total 5000. we don't have management seats in our college, fees for open category is 115000 per year, Ews is 62950 per year and rest of category have 9500 rupees, hostel fees is included in it. All the categories get benefits in fees only after applying for scholarship which is provided by government at mahadbt portal . scholarship are based on yearly income of father. Hostel do not have mess facility, tiffin services are acquired from local people. Hostel are alloted to each and every student interested after 1st year. Locality nearby to rent a room or pg is bhaijinagar. Or avadhan.

Admission

I had applied for All the medical College in Maharashtra, but I was alloted this college in cap round. I loved its campus and surrounding and hence choosed this college over others No i didn't get rejection from other colleges as our selection occurs on merit basis through cap round. Admission process is very simple, First you will have to appear for neet ug exam which is conducted nationwide after 12 grade in science field. Based on merit you are alloted college, then you have to get all your documents with fees and complete the admission process in a given date. Cut-off are very high and are also based on category.

Faculty

4

I can't tell exactly ratio but faculty to student ratio is adequate. There are good relations between faculty and students always available for any help required academically, or personally. The faculties of paediatrics, psm , medicine, surgery, obgy, pharmacology, fmt are most liked by me, as they are very good at their work. The remaining faculties are also good I liked all the faculties as they teach very well effectively. In each year their are 2 internal assessment exams, 1 prelims exam followed by university final exam of that year for each subject including theory paper and viva
