- The infrastructure is not that much good.
- The compulsary attendance is 75% which is very difficult to do. They must reduce it to 60% to student who can appear for exam
- The crowd is also not that much good as I wanted
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen finance and i already want to go in that sector as it is growing day by day and the curriculum is very good as it changes with the current market and demand and more than the curriculum the teacher to teaches the curriculum are very good. The improvement which I want to make is they should provide us case studies of things from the history till now as how things work .
Placement Experience
The placements are good for those who have a good attendance ratio and are regular in classes after the 2nd sem students go for internship and in the starting of the 3rd semester the companies comes for placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is approx. 843000 in 2024 and yearly fees is 421500 something it gradually increases as the avg. Package increases. The registration fee which must be given first is 50000rs. If you have a good score in entrance exam you can avail scholarships.
Campus Life
The college is more focused towards entrepreneurship and it gives us chance to participate in that and it celebrates every festival be it garba or ganesh chaturthi and there are many clubs like placement club, drama club and Rotaract club
Admission
I applied for mit-wpu, pune and lexicon mile in Puneand I got confirmed in both of them but I drop lexicon because it was not aiu approved and also cancelled mit because it does not focuses on mbacollege. And I chose this college because it is much more tilted towards entrepreneurship. The eligibility of dy patil b-school is they want one entrance exam and good marks in graduation
Faculty
The faculties are very good and after class also they take 1 to 1 session with students to improve them and provide a good direction. The course structure is also good as it focuses on current market. To sit in exam 75% attendance is compulsary or you need to pay extra amount of every subject to sit in exams.
Interview Experience
Yes I faced an group discussion in my interview and an extempore was also organised by the interviewer. I was just confident I didn't prepare for it they just focuses on how good you speak English and speak more content.
Night Life
Our college provide a good and hygienic gym and the cafeteria is also good with a good price and good quality of food. The library is also there to issue the books.the hostel is also provided by the campus and it is in the campus only and 2-3 hostel are outside the campus.
