Course Curriculum Overview

This is a government college where the cut off os usually very high which influenced me to join this college.Teaxhing methods are upto the mark and I can't identify any drawbaxk on the college. Rhe difficulty level of exam is not very high. It is average.

Class Size: 127Course Fees: INR 3175 per year

Placement Experience

When a student is in his last semester he got the chance or opportunity for placement in the company. The companies are Tata , Wipro etc I am unaware of the packages detail . The percent of students getting placed is very low . No plans yet .

Fees and Financial Aid

1. Yearly fees-3175 2. Tution fee-240 3. Development fee- 200 4. Registration fee-200 5. Miscellaneous -2135 Other categories fess are like 2975 for st and sc. E- Kalyan scholarship is available . Scholarship amount is around 10000.

Campus Life

In the first month of January the is overwhelmed with the youth festival. Library has large amount of books in it where every stream student get benefitted. There are various extra curricular activities held in college like cricket , kabaddi and many more.

Admission

I applied for st Xavier college where I did not qualify for the entrance exam of the college . In my second preference was this college where I got the admission. Eligibility for this college is based on the marks of 12th boards exam and also accept Cuet marks. The average cutoff of this college in English department is 90 marks

Faculty

The number of teachers to student ratio is very less.University often have shortage of teachers . One of the teachers who is interesting is Dr. Vinay Bharat. There are end semester exam in each semester and each have also mid semester exam .

Night Life

The college offers college canteen where students can get . Hostel and campus are not time bond as pery view . College is safe to roam around but it is not in crowded area so not much people can be seen around the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

They provide all the three courses but as to which stream is the best then the answer would be Humanities . The teachers here are brilliant and very easy to understand for someone like me with a bit of ADHD .

Placement Experience:

The placement oppourtunity is very low as only rare companies visits our college and tgey select only few students and gives tgem the opportunity to work with them due to which maximum students faces employment difficulty. The rate of placement is only upto 20-30% .

I has a vision to study English from the very beginning. I wanted to study English since i was good at English and also the most important thing was me being an isce student upto class 12 which inculcated a strong English base in me English as a subject is very vast. As the world is heading towards modernisation English has become a very important thing. Gossner college has good English professors and also i heard a lot from most of my seniors that gossner college has best English faculty. The frequency of exam is 2 exams per semester where the portion tought in the syllabus is asked and it's not very easy and not very tough too
