Likes
- Conducting events every week to enhance our skills and leaves on Saturdays and Sundays.Mostly our classes get over at 2:00 pm,So we have a lot of time to spend after college
- Girls to boys ratio is 35:65 in most of the classes Campus life is decent on festivals period.Infrastructure of labs and classes are good could have been better
Dislikes
- There are too many students in our campus to fit in,very congested crowd every where in college including parking,canteen and in break times.Lack of opportunity as they are many students in every club and other fields
- Very small Campus no sports ground,no proper place for conducting big events and the population of srm will not fit in the campus events as their are too many students to fit in
- No proper guidance in college and no personal care for the students.High demanding Fees
Course Curriculum Overview
CSBS computer science with business system by TCS includes Foundation of Core computer science as usual and Business system includes basic concepts involved in business like management ,Economics,fiancial subjects which provides every thing needed for our future self.This course is well suited for people like having business ideas and wants to know money well.This course is well suited for me.i would recommend many people to join this course as it is very useful
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fees for the course B.Tech Computer Science and Business Systems in SRM Ramapuram is 2,90,000 Tution fees is 2,50,000 Book fees is 15,000 Career Development(CDC) fees is 25,000 Registration Fees is 10,000 Sem fees will be around 4000-5000 for every semester
Campus Life
Campus life is ok ok in SRM ramapuram it is very poorly organized and too much of crowd as there many students.We have annual event Texus which will be held on Easwari OAT space and it will definitely cannot acomadate so many students there mostly it will be the first years who will be attending be they don't know how it will be organised many of the senior students will not come because of the poor arrangent.Libraries are good.There will be a board and a projector in every class room.There are many technical club which can improve many skills of the student.Weekly twice we can use the sports facilty in the campus even that too is very crowded in the evening
Admission
I joined this college because it was very near to me and was best college in my surounding.Transport fesiity was not a problem and timings were very convenient for me to do other activites after college hours.The admission process was very smooth and fast I was told to pay part of my college fees on spot and it got confirmed.There was a higher fees structure for some paticular courses.In my CSBS course it was not a issue
Faculty
The faculties are very very less compared to the students.The relationship with some faculty is very poor and some are good.There will mostly two internal assesments or even three depends on the time to complete ,the test will mostly be easy and easy to score depends on the faculty to put marks in our exams.Semester one marks will be tough and theory part will be moderate.60% of the marks is Internal marks and the rest 40% we will be writing for the semester.So if you score maximum marks in internal it will be helpful to score in semester.
Night Life
There is no night life in the college as the college closes and sends everyone outside.No proper campus to roam and chill the campus is very very very small there is nearly only 5-6 buildings as college thats all it has got to offer no free space it is located in between roads so it is safe to roam in and around night.Cafeterias are good and nice but are very crowded in the break times it is always very busy as it shares for three colleges.Outside college their are many places to eat and chill
