Brief description about the college

Being a student of the college i would keep the remarks moderate as many good points are there but with that some other things needed to be developed like exposure to mainstream events, increase in the speed of wifi contectivity, ample opportunity of placement for each streams.

The course curriculum which i studied for 4 years had balanced content to deal with the industry point of view.The university needs to be applauded for revising the syllabus after every 4 years to cope with industry but it has certain limitations which can never be kept aside, and those shortcomings are noticed which can be rectified.

College provide internship details which are held by private firms, there is actually no such internship provided by college which gives stipend.But apart from that college is having pretty good no. of training centres.

The placement and job opportunity seemed obvious for only the information technology students, students of other courses find it difficult with placement as TPO provides opportunity but upto some extent only.

The college organises various activities as Sports cups which comprises of events of most of the major games played. Annual event is also organised which has dance songs and other co curricular activities with that technical events and days are also celebrated.

The fees structure is pretty costly for the candidates belonging to the General category. The fees is less for students of category with that they are also provided with different types of scholarships and reimbursement to help deal with financial conditiobs if so.

The scholarship is provided by government which is EBC and other privately granted scholarships are also provided by the college. The college doesn't provided any type of loan facility, only emergency conditions are taken into consideration.

The college has a good no. of labs provided on each floor for every department, the facility is good as the labs ingeneral should be equipped with. The college has playground area which well enough for games like cricket, football and others. Different activity groups are formed inthe college as a part of co curricular activities.

The hostel infrastructure is pretty good but its avaliable only for tge female candidates, hope to see male hostels in coming years. The rating to infrastructure and facilities can be in the range of 3.5/5.

The college organises alumini meet of the pass out student in order to get the exprience showcased to the ongoing students as well data of alumini students is also provided to students who are willing to counselling from them regarding jobs, abroad education and entrepreneurship.

The exam structure is based on Pune university where first and second is having online exams and theory exams in 50:50 ratio and third and fourth year exams in 30:70 ratio. Along with this other assignments are evalulated according to marks.

Admission process was based on the merit rounds, mainly a percentile is calculated from jee mains score and 12th score. A cuttiff list is displayed according to the reservation and the after filling the online forms for rounds which is succeded by counselling rounds, we are given choices of colleges to select.

The faculty of our college is actually having the educational qualifications but only certains facilities understand it as their urge to pass on the knowledge to students in every possible way else everything is smooth.
