SRMEEE, I was ranked 5405, I opt for this college because of its placement record and I got very good reviews for that college I.e. I opt for this college.

Internships Opportunities

We have to do internship on our own their is no arrangements from college regarding internship. This is one of the limitations of the college as this is as one of the must thing for a college , but no arrangements are done for that.

Placement Experience

CTS, TCS and Wipro were mass recruiters. Avg. CTC is 3.5 lacs per annum and moreover about 400 companies visited the campus for recruitment and highest paid CTC was approx 1.2 crores per annum.

College Events

Innovate is the technical fest and Rubaroo is the Cultural fest which are organised and they are celebrated at a very large level, approx 10-20 colleges take part in fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is little bit expensive for a guy belonging to middle class family. But for a guy belonging to economically sound family this is a good option. The total expense for 4 years for a guy including every thing will be approx 12-14 lacs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Their are various scholarship and loan facilities are offered. As college has mou signed with a bank for loans and there are various scholarships which are offered to students and there is also a Semester abroad program which is offered to students.

Exam Structure

Exam schedule is very cool. Internal exams schedule are little bit hectic but external exams schedule is very cool.

Faculty was very cooperative and very helpful and they are friendly too. I must say faculty is a asset for this college. Faculty is a guide for any student and I must say they are really a good guide.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

I applied to kiet , srm (this) , vit. The reason for selecting this college is that my relatives got high package job through it and also that i couldnt cleared some college exams like vit and other top exams like jee. I always want to do cse which i was not able to get in many good colleges so i have to choose from some low tier ones. Thats why i choosed this college. The srm helds SRMJEEE as enteance exam which provides scholarships too. After clearing it you must have minimum 60 % marks in boards (12th). This college focuses on practicals, rather than just theories. There are many other courses also which are there for students for free. Trainers comes from outside of the campus for workshops. This thing makes it standout of the league. this college is good for the students who actually want to study. As compared to the other college, this is very good college in terms of skill developments and placements programs. I didn't got regected from other college. actually there were some colleges in my list that I shortlisted. this college was at the top. this college is one of the best college in this area. So, that's why, I prefered this college. Admission process in this college is too simple. just apply for SRMJEEE and face the exam. If you cleared it, you will be selected in this college.
