Admission Criteria for getting admission in this University is just 50%.So if you have passed your boards anyhow and not able to get any seats in engineering colleges then relax….. CU is there for you. Isn't that a cool fact now a days getting any
Teachers are just like in every other college. A lot of them are very friendly and young,
There are opportunities, but there’s also a lot of crowd. If you’re good enough, you’ll grab those opportunities before others.

Dislikes

Assignment gonna be worst nightmare for you. They will give tons and tons of assignment.And also they have a unique way of teaching,they provide ppts. You won't find a book from a single students.
Hostels are quite good but the messfood is way more bad than u could imagine.
Here u will only get to know how to pass in exams…trust me no such real knowledge are being provided.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are 8 lectures Half hour of theory 2 hours for practical Lectures are very lengthy But the knowledge you got is very helpful Teaching and course curriculum is good But I think they have to reduce college time

Internships Opportunities

Yes they provide internship I got my internship in Radisson blu mbd hotel noida that is 5 star hotel They give internship guaranteed There internship rate is very High and they give internship in 5 star property

Placement Experience

Regarding placements they claim CU have 100% placements records but the truth is only some service based companies like Tcs,Wipro who doesn't give anything beyond 20 to 25k per month. They conduct joint placement drive in which 4–5 other universities also sit in the placements season. And 31 lakh placement from Amazon Was also by a student from cgc which CU claims to be as their student.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees:- 58000 Exam fees:- 2000 Reappear exam fee 2000 per subject Detention application fees 7000 per subject Dress charges 5000 No charges for labs development and any other events and placement or internships

Campus Life

Clubs barely exist. All they do is workshops and there’s no community type club here right now. Might change in the future but who knows. I hate that about CU, there’s hardly any way to make new friends outside class here.

Admission

I did my graduation from there and was worst mistake of my life, while campus was good but everything else is a huge disappointment. Non academic staff like guards and people of management is the worst, literally the leeches ready to suck off money and blood of poor student

Faculty

Teachers are just like in every other college. A lot of them are very friendly and young, they usually understand your concerns and help you out. Pretty chill. Some of them are complete arrogant morons but I suppose every college has their bunch.

Night Life

Beautiful scenic views man. For real. I live on 9th floor and I can see some great views from up here. It’s great, really. I don’t know about other hostels but NC hostels have sexy views. I was not in hostel

I like the all facilities of my college. I give all the advantages and disadvantages of my education and college.

Placement Experience:

I I talk about placement they give the placement to the students after completing their course or degree. And my principal also show the picture of students who work in international community and gain our salary package . They earn much money because they do lot of practices during their courses . They have a huge kitchen and classes and restaurants. In which they provide education to students. Students learn more and more there. Some students who work in a hotels they share their experiences with us and support us to do work hard . I plan to go to Italy after completing degree because I want to do a job in the Italy . So I wish that my director also gave me the placement in a Italy so fulfill all my dreams.i want to earn more and more because I have number of dreams which I want to complete. So I think I'm the case of placement my college is very good.

The placement at my college are very good there are some students who are placed at a package of 3 crore. The students are eligible for the placement in their last year. The companies come to our campus are Microsoft, google, amazon etc. The number of offer made were 167.almost 75% students are placed. My plan is to work in the hospitalality industry.

My experience at lovely professional university

Placement Experience:

Placements are started once you come in second year of your college and the companies start to visit the college the good companies with good packages come to college starting from second year till the last year of your college. And. Each student gets the opportunity to sit in the interviews and be a part of placements in lpu, each and every student is promised with the placement if you wanna have it. And 99% of the students are successfully placed, teachers are very supportive.

It's all about my dream college

Placement Experience:

From 5 semesters students can start applying for placements. Infosys, tata, Google, hier, etc companies were visited in my college last year to till now. Actually, I don't know the percentage to get selected for campus placements. My plan is to start with placement or a job and after some years of experience, I have to do something on my own to enjoy my life when I am very much older.

Placement Experience:

Actually, the placements are very good about this college and from the six-semester students will be eligible for getting the good placement from where you good companies such as Radisson JW Marriott and Samsung Nokia and many more try to visit It's college and gives very good packages to the fresher students of this college last year the highest package was offered to the students was of the 25 lakh per year which is a very good amount for the startup actually 95% of the students always get the placement who show their skills and do some hard work for achieving their goals actually my plan is not to get the placement after the degree because my father on the restaurant to go over there and settle down with my degree and my own skills I will take it to the moon.

A honest review

When I was finalizing my decision, I compared my choosen college with the others on various parameters such as faculty, infrastructure, ratings, reviews, placements and extra curricular activities and co curricular activities and most importantly affordability that is fee structure. I haven't applied to any other colleges other than CU itself. The admission process of my college is eligibility that is you have to pass class 12th for my course bpt. If you opt for masters then you have to present a degree of bachelors for admission. The exam accepted for admission here in cu in cuchd, cuet,etc. if you clear any of these exams with good grades then you can get easy admission here in Chandigarh University. The cut off marks depends on the university itself. But try to score good to get admission here. The overall admission process for me was smooth from starting to the end.
