Course Curriculum Overview

The term curriculum refers to the lessons and academic content taught in a college or in a specific course or program. In dictionaries, curriculum is often defined as the courses offered by a school, but it is rarely used in such a general sense in college.

Internships Opportunities

By definition, an internship is a supervised learning experience under the tutelage of a schooled proKimfessional. The training received at the office or business site of the internship should be similar to the training/education received in the classroom. Therefore, college credit is often provided to students instead of actual payment. However, it's not unheard of for interns to receive college credit for completing an internship and to be financially compensated by their employer.

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation
