- I like the most is infrastructure. Because good infrastructure helps to motivate for studies.
- Other than infrastructure the clinical posting in hospital helps a lot to apply practically what we studied
- Also the ground and gym maintain the health of body whereas libraries help to gain knowledge
Dislikes
- I dislike most is that the parking space is not inside the campus
- The uniform system is also pretty much disappointing
- Rather than that the dining space for patient's relative is less and expensive
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of its demand in medical field. I want to do more after this and I will try to complete masters in this. Only drawback in this course is less attention of seniors towards juniors in clinical posting
Internships Opportunities
In past there were many opportunities for internship which are deducted now. Our seniors can do internship from anywhere and can get degree. But now the rules are very strict we have to continue internship in this college otherwise the degree can not be collected
Fees and Financial Aid
Exam form fee is ?1000. 1st year fee ?85000 + Caution fee ?10000 + Other Board than RBSE fee ?7500. 2nd year fee ?85000. 3rd year fee ?85000. It has increased in 2023 because of registration. In 2021 course fee was ?65000.
Campus Life
The campus life in Mahatma Gandhi University is preety well because of ground we can play and free gym is provided which helps to do regular exercise. Also there are many parties arranged inside and outside campus by different courses which encourage students to be extrovert.
Admission
I applied in VELS University in Chennai. There are many reasons I chose MGUMST over VELS: There I have language problem. Food problem. Living area or PG problem. And Chennai is far away from my home place to visit my place I need to travel for 2 days in train.
Faculty
The number of faculties provided are good. I like the most is Ashok sir, Shivam sir and Milan sir. I didn't like only one teacher who taught physiology in 1 st year. She her teaching skills are not good but she is sweet. There are usually four exams and 07 class test conducted in which passing ratio was very low.
Interview Experience
There was a entrance test which have questions from syllabus of class 11&12. From subject Physics and Chemistry. After 3-4 days result gets out. And a counselling is held in documents are submitted to university as well as fees pattern is explained to us.
Night Life
I don't know very much about it but I have listened many things like: Gym is closed Libraries are closed Cafeterias are closed Canteen is open 24×7 Locality is safe because of patroling cars but near area approx 1 km far is very unsafe
