Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum is well structured and covers all the important subjects needed for a physiotherapy career. One reason I chose this course was the balance between theory and practical training, which helps in understanding how each concept is used in real clinical situations. The curriculum prepares you well for internships and further studies because it includes enough hands-on learning. Exams are held at regular intervals and they are mostly moderate in difficulty if you study consistently. The only improvement I'd suggest is to make some teaching methods more interactive and include more practical demonstrations in the early semesters. Overall, the curriculum feels relevant and comprehensive for a professional course like BPT.

Internships Opportunities

4

Internship opportunities are mainly provided within the attached hospital, which gives good exposure to different departments like orthopedics, neurology, ICU and general physiotherapy. Students get to work under senior physiotherapists and learn how to handle real patients, prepare treatment plans and understand clinical protocols. The internship is mostly focused on hands-on learning rather than theory. There is no stipend, but the experience is useful for building confidence. Some students also assist in small projects or case studies assigned by the clinical staff. Overall, the internship helps you apply what you have learned during the course and prepares you for future practice.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total tuition fee for the full course: About 3.20 lakh. Year-wise fees: Every year the main charge is the annual tuition fee. 1st year also includes admission fee, registration fee, caution money (refundable) and other small compulsory charges. Caution money: About ?10,000 (refundable). Hostel fee (if taken): Around 2.60 lakh for the whole course. Other fixed charges: Lab fee, development fee and university charges vary slightly each year. Fee increase Fees have increased compared to earlier batches, so there is a chance of a yearly hike. Other category fees Management quota and other categories usually pay higher f but the exact amou han General category, ries by batch.Scholarships No scholarship available for you right now (General category). University does not offer a regular merit-cum-need scholarship for BPT.

Campus Life

3

The campus life is simple and focused mainly on academics. The classrooms are clean and well equipped, and most of the basic facilities are available. The library has a good range of books and journals, so it is helpful during exam time. There are a few events and celebrations held on campus, but they are not very frequent. Sports facilities are available, but the options are limited compared to larger universities. There are not many clubs or student groups, so the social interaction is mostly within your own batch. Overall, the infrastructure is decent and the environment is peaceful, but the campus could have more activities to make student life more engaging.

Admission

I chose this college because it has a good reputation in Jaipur for medical and paramedical courses. I checked a few other colleges offering BPT, but I found the campus facilities, hospital setup and overall environment better here. The clinical exposure here was one of the main reasons behind my choice, because it helps a lot in physiotherapy training. I didn't face any rejection from other colleges, but this one felt more reliable in terms of academics and long-term growth. The admission process was simple. The eligibility was based on passing 12th with PCB, and the procedure didn't require any entrance exam. Admission was mostly done on the basis of merit and availability of seats. The documentation process was smooth and the staff guided well during verification. Overall, the process was easy and didn't take much time.

Faculty

3

The faculty-to-student ratio is good and most teachers are approachable. They explain the concepts clearly and guide us well during practical sessions. A few teachers stand out because they focus on building confidence and clearing doubts without hesitation. The relationship between students and faculty feels professional and supportive. The course structure is well planned and covers both theoretical and practical learning. Clinical exposure starts early, which makes the subjects easier to understand. The curriculum is relevant and follows proper physiotherapy standards. Exams are held regularly. There are sessional exams, practical tests and final university exams. Some papers feel tough because they are concept based, but if you study regularly it becomes manageable. The marking is fair and most teachers follow a transparent evaluation process. Overall the system keeps you disciplined and helps you stay consistent with the syllabus.

Night Life

3

The nightlife around the campus is fairly quiet because the area is more of a medical and residential zone. The campus itself closes most public spaces like the library and cafeteria by evening, so there isn't much to do inside after classes. Hostel timings are also fixed, which limits late-night activities. Students usually go out to nearby cafés or small food spots for a break, but overall the surroundings are calm rather than lively. The locality is safe to roam in the evening, but it isn't a place with a lot of nightlife options. Most students prefer relaxing in their rooms or spending time with friends instead of going out late.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I rate the course curriculum at Vivekananda Global University as above average to good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. Some specific features that influenced choosing this course include the strong practical and industry?oriented components (for example, specializations in AI, Data Science, Red Hat/AWS certifications) which align well with current job market demands. Also, courses like Forensic Science have multi?disciplinary content (DNA, Serology, Biology, Question Documents, etc.), which helps in understanding the field broadly.
